This company is horrible. They fraudulently charged my bank account knowingly that I never reactivated my account. I canceled after one month of service. Then they tried to credit me … I don’t want a credit u want the money you stole from me..I do not plan to ever do business with them again in life.

We have been looking for a company to build our app and I am very happy that we found buildfire. The process has been very smooth, people are friendly and helpful. The platform is easy to work with, offers a lot of functions and customization options. Also publishing support was great and needed for us since we don't have prior experience in publishing apps on Apple and Google.

I have been trying to cancel since February of 2023 and they promised me several times that they will look into it and cancel the account and remedy the issue. They have acknowledged that I have been trying to cancel and yet still getting charged. It never gets fixed.

Wow, I should have checked the reviews before I hired this company. We are in the same business group so I didn't feel the need and trusted in that. However, what I wanted with my app was not in there templates. This was discovered after I paid on our orientation call, that I would need a custom site. So instead of saying that and giving me back my money they have wasted the last 6 months trying to convenience me of their only tracking option I don't want. I've asked for a refund via email or on the phone since December. Now I've had to pursue other measures to get my money back-what a waste of time. This really sucks as for a small business to get taken like this especially when you trust the company and process. Beware and do your research first!

Do not do business with this company. They will lie about the functionality of the platform to get you to sign up. Once you've handed over your money and you find out you've been lied too there's no getting your money back.

They have a robust platform for developing applications on both iOS and Android. However, there are occasional bugs in certain features that, although eventually resolved, can sometimes lead to a poor user experience.
