I lived here for a year and a half (2018-2019) and I absolutely loved it! The one bedroom unit was the perfect size for me, my appliances worked great, and if I ever needed to call maintenance they came within 24 hours if not immediately. The location is also awesome for students!! I highly recommend this building. My only complaint while living there was one apartment of loud destructive party boys but that's obviously not the building/reality's fault

This apartment building has given me so many problems. You can hear every single one of your neighbors all the time. Above you, next door both ways, and under you I can hear people coughing, talking, and playing their music cause the walls are so thin. I had to just keep sending noise complaints over and over and Weaver didn’t do anything about any of them, except for my first complaint. Don’t live here if you want to get any sleep.
