I bought my TV from this location five years ago and they installed it and everything was excellent. They did a great job and a great value for the money…… I recently bought a king-size mattress from Johnathan and had it installed in my condo in Miami it was free. Delivery did an excellent job and I was very happy with the whole process and the value for the money…… I would highly recommend them

Service and repairs department is absolutely terrible. My washer went out a little over a month ago. I had to “schedule” an appointment for a technician to come look at it but they can’t give you a time, they told me the technician would arrive sometime between 12pm and 5pm. (The problem with these schedules is that they think you sit around at home all day long doing nothing, many people work and have tight schedules). So I had to clear up my schedule and get out of work early to go meet the technician but sure enough I was too late and the technician canceled because he showed up to my house around 11:30am. So I rescheduled for the following week and had my fiancé stay home that day, they showed up and took a look at the washer machine and said that they need to order a part and told me the part takes 5-7 business days to come in then they will contact me when they get the part to schedule for the actual repair. (Keep in mind this whole time we have no washer machine and have to go bother family members to use theirs) So I waited the 7 business days to see if it came in, come to find out the technician forgot to order the part… customer service said that they’d make sure the part was ordered today. Couple days later I called to see if it was ordered, was still not ordered. At this point I want them to just take this garbage out of my house and buy a new washer somewhere else.

I always find what I need at a decent price at BrandsMart!!! Also, their sales are great!!

Do not buy a dishwasher from them !
Came in store to check stock for something I needed asap.
Sales rep confirmed it was In stock and would ship that week.
After 4 days of not hearing anything I called them and they told me the item was out of stock but no one notified me of any updates or what would happen.
I was told to call back and speak to a manager, when I called back they told me they were shipping it from another store and that it would arrive on the weekend.
Waiting all day and no confirmation text was sent so I called BrandsMart and they pretty much said it was the delivery companies problem and to deal with them.
After I called the delivery company the called would just go straight to voicemail.
No one at BrandsMart new what was going on with my order they just cared that they told it, asked to speak to a manager multiple times and all they would do is transfer you about 5 times until it got to someone that decided they would just hang up.
All the original sales rep ordered to due was to cancel the order which I had no chance since they didn’t have a clue of what’s going on, they just want to take your money so I wouldn’t recommend anyone else dealing with their hassle and just buy somewhere else.

What a mistake! Buying appliances from Brandsmart has been a nightmare. The customer service stinks and I have no idea how much longer I’ll need to wait to have my dishwasher & microwave installed because no one can get in touch with the installers to find out! The appliances have been sitting in my kitchen for five days.

As per Brandsmart’s request, I furnished all information via the e-mail address given. Have you heard from them? Me either. My opinion of this company is that it reeks and they had no intention of getting back to me to discuss how terrible this purchase was.
While these appliances were eventually installed, that was another horrible experience that Brandsmart won’t accept responsibility for even though it is a contracted service through them.The installer left my house a mess with all the packing materials and footprints on my floor.
Brandsmart. Never again and I will make sure everyone who asks knows not to use this company.

Brandsmart has a huge inventory of kitchen appliances. All the salesmen are very knowledgeable & helpful. Their prices are the best! If another store has it for less, they will match it. They delivered our new LG refrigerator in two days & it arrived without any harm to it. The delivery guys were well trained & helpful, too. Plus, they offer a 5 year warranty very reasonable!

Beware, if you buy an Applience and it’s not working correctly they will charge you 20% restocking fee to replace or return. Home Depot or Lowe’s at least give you 48 hours. Will never buy anything from this store again.

Stay Away From This Company!
If I could give them a zero rating, I would.

The service was absolutely terrible. One of the delivery personnel was very rude and refused to take the fridge off the truck, claiming it wouldn’t fit, even though I provided the extra space measurements to the salesperson.

When I requested a refund, they kept delaying the process. I had to call three times and eventually file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

They sent me a survey, and when I gave them the low ratings they deserved, their system responded with, “Sorry, this cannot be posted at this moment,” every time I tried to submit my feedback. I am sure I am not the only person who feels this way, especially since they do not allow you to write a bad review on their website.

I would never visit another BrandsMart again!
