We had a great time last night. There was 9 of us and we were celebrating Christmas between 2 families. We had some festive accessories on and the manager noticed it. We could not get 2 bowling lanes together unfortunately. The manager saved the day without us asking. The bartender Victor was also extremely nice. We will definitely be back. Fun night. Stayed for 4 hrs.

Before this visit the last time I went was right before the pandemic (Feb 2020). My only issue was I didn’t realize I was charged for 8 bowlers instead of 4. This was my fault as I should have been paying attention as the young lady looked new & young. We had bought so much food and drinks that the total looked correct.
To this visit. For two pizzas(cheese & pep), a pitcher of soda and a side of wings was about $62(including tax) I’m not going to include my tip. The pizzas are much smaller but the price is much bigger. Coming in at $14(not including tax). I usually get the platter(the sampler) but that is now $36(not including tax).
I won’t mention the rechargeable card machine as it’s too exhausting to comprehend cost, credit and total point system that’s used for the card.
The arcade keep saying you won X amount of tickets but there is no tickets. Why not remove these machines? Also there’s not enough room for those machines closer to the door and it causes bottle necking.
The price to bowl is high, I’ll leave it at that. They seem to be very short staffed as it took almost 30mins from me ordering to receiving my food. The place wasn’t packed. Maybe 4/5 other lanes were being used. With that said, don’t come here hungry or you’ll be starving by the time food arrives.
The bathrooms are well, ummm don’t use them if you don’t have to.
I would like to shoutout Will, he made our experience better. One star is literally for him.

First off the web site said they didn’t have any lanes open. I called and asked for lane reservation and was told a lane would be available. So we went. Upon arrival we were told they were no lanes meanwhile over 10 empty lanes available. As in not being used. So we told the front counter that we had a reservation and they told us NO we don’t do reservations. So someone didn’t get it right. We got shoes $12.00 for shoe rental. Wow. Than we got our lane and headed to enjoy an evening of bowling.

Upon entering our names and after one frame of bowling the machine jammed up and didn’t work. We had to wait 30 min to get someone to help. So we ordered food. It took close to an hour for food to arrive which was cold and mediocre-ish. It’s bowling alley junk food. But wait there is more. Drinks didn’t show up with the food or prior. We asked multiple times for drinks and nothing showed up. We rang using the kiosk at the lane and nothing nor anyone showed up.

After numerous attempts of getting someone’s attention we finally got the drinks.

Being a patron of what it used to be is no longer the case. This place has taken a dive for the worse. Unless they can clean up and make it better I would rather go spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

Sorry never again. Just because you play loud Music doesn’t make you great.

It was busy and we weren’t sure we were going to be able to get a lane but then the manager Jermaine stepped in and really was patient and made it work out. Gave all our little kids stuffed animals and made the whole evening a great experience. Super nice guy. Great customer care!

I had a wonderful experience at Bowlero. I hosted a teen birthday party there for my daughter and it was a blast. The ease of booking the party online was quite easy. The professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Great time, fun time and the food was good. My daughter and friends had a great time. Definitely will be going again.

Had my grandson birthday party there. The food was good and he enjoyed the games. The server was great and the kids had a great time. The arcade did cost a nice penny, but the kids are given a credit card with money on it for the games.
