Booked a birthday part recently for my son and some of his friends. Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely be returning. The food package was great! In my past experience, typically when one goes to an event venue like this, the food is just ok. Not the case here! Everything was actually very tasty, hot, and fresh!
Madeline who booked us was super helpful in explaining and clarifying my confusion and got me exactly the right package (and even saved me a few dollars!). Justin, the manager at the venue, was super friendly and helpful. Sarah, our server, was phenomenal! Big kudos to her for making the whole process seamless. We enjoyed interacting with both of them and they should definitely be considered valuable members of your team! This was definitely a great experience and we're very thankful that we chose you!

We enjoyed our visit there with my mother, adult children and grandchildren. Marcy was very helpful and courteous. She was hands on with any help we needed along with her other employees. Amanda’s service was excellent. We always had what we needed. Food was good and kept warm for us. The bowling alley was very clean and easy access to everything we needed. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you !!! Looking forward to our next visit.

Loved Bowlero! Amanda was our server and she was TOP notch! Super sweet and super funny. An all around great experience for my birthday! (Also my mom’s birthday!) Amanda’s fun personality made it that much better!

Groupon has a wonderful wonderful deal for the bowling alley especially for your children the food was very delicious and very reasonable it was well worth the money I would definitely buy that Groupon again

Bowlero Lakeland was great. They have many lanes and plenty of bowling balls of various weights and plenty of shoes. You can have young children use bumpers so their ball is not going in the gutter every time. The snack bar has a great variety of food, we loved the flatbread pizza and the pretzel sticks appetizer. They also have a small arcade but you need to purchase a card to use the machines with the least expensive card being $10. We had a great time and it made the rainy day pass away quicker.

My BFF took the family out for a late afternoon of bowling 🎳 I really liked the atmosphere, customer service, and food! I kept telling my BFF that the wings were really good, not dry and tasteless, lol 😆 The bathrooms and common areas were also very clean. We will definitely come back 🙌🏾

Yesterday was the first time I’ve heard of this bowling alley and the first time I went . Environment was great for family food was amazing and staff was polite and informative .
I will be back if I am in the area with my cheer girls again . It was a great way for us to end our Sunday ..
