The manager, James Newell was extremely helpful and accommodating! The tournament was organized and the bowling alley was very clean. I’m so beyond impressed!!

No longer allow you to bring in water . This has allowed staff to become dicks like an HOA board. The Manager on Friday nights would threaten to not allow anyone in the alley to Bowl because someone that was not part of any League had food.. I would go somewhere different.. main even up the street.

Lanes, food and customer service are all great! Lanes are typically all working great. I never hesitate to grab some boneless wings and fries! Customer service is always very kind and helpful. A small Atascadero of fun games too! A very enjoyable experience every time I visit.

Lots of lanes to bowl on. Lots of screens to watch when you're waiting for your turn. Full kitchen and bar. A game room with video games and pool tables. Fantastic rates for extended passes.

We have been going to this alley for a while . The managers JJ and Amanda are amazing ! They always take care of anything we need right away . Sarah at the snack bar was amazing this weekend during the Agent Ong open! She managed the snack bar by herself and handles it so well ! Steve the bartender also was amazing ! The team at this location show they care and take care of their customers! We will be back for sure.

We had a nice time bowling as a family. The lady at the front was about as kind as kind can be. My issues were that they were obviously short staffed and the lanes were not in good working order. I walked over to the food area to oder a soda and stood there for about 5 minutes. The gentleman working was very busy but he didn't even acknowledge my presence. I realize he was busy and it's hard to find folks to work right now but a "be with you in a moment" would have gone a long ways. Additionally, the lane kept eating our ball. We would bowl and the ball would not come back for multiple frames. Very frustrating and annoying. The lady at the front desk compensated us for our trouble. We still had fun, not like we are competitive bowlers but these issues took away from our experience and thus the three star review. I wouldn't avoid this bowling alley but with so many to choose from, we will likely choose another in the future.

This place is old and run down. The neighborhood is kind of questionable. The pricing is high for a place like this. I could get a much better service and more uplifting environment with a better price elsewhere. Don't recommend it. With the way they run this place, I don't think it will last long.
