AMAZING all around experience from start to finish! They delivered the inflatable a day early for FREE and then due to the weather not being warm enough to use the slide they allowed us to keep it for a day extra. Bounce Genie is awesome! Placing my order online was super easy, the installation crew dropped off/picked up on time with great customer service, and the kiddos absolutely loved bouncing and sliding on the inflatable all day. Bounce Genie was great! They worked out a perfect delivery for us. The set up was quick and easy. The employee was very friendly and professional. We got the mini tsunami and everyone said it was one of the best slides they have been on. The kids loved it! I will definitely be using them again.

We've used a few bounce companies in the past, but I will now ONLY use Bounce Genie for future rentals. The dropoff/pickup process was seamless, the gentlemen were so nice and helpful, and they communicated we'll during the entire process. Our bounce house was clean and we never lifted a finger. We also got to use it for the weekend which made me feel like we really got great use out of the rental. Would recommend to friends and family and will definitely be using them again!
