I went here today because I have had a recurring problem with my service being dropped. I received great customer service and the employee was very knowledgeable. There was only one employee and she was very considerate, attentive and aware of every customer there. She was able to help me with my phone in between helping the other customers and while on hold too. Very happy with how I was treated here.

Was first customer in with a SIM card issue for a newly purchased BOOST phone from Walmart not BOOST. Was told I needed a black SIM card and not the one that came with the phone. The csr was very kind, accommodating and gave me an AWESOME deal on it and 8 left quickly with my phone operating and he even helped me with my vehicle Bluetooth hook up with a smile on his face. Unfortunately I forgot his name but he was the only worker on 9/9/24

Walked in with cero expectations and left with two phones.Thank you for your patience transferring our information. Other stores have never done that for us nor have taken the time to put our screen protectors or listen to our needs. They usually just put everything in the bag and wish a good day. But not here. Hope the manager is reading this because we will most definitely return to this store. I was out here visiting family and I have got to say this was one of the better experiences I've had at a boost mobile store. The girl there who was very kind and was able to show me how to back up my data and do a reset on my phone to help with some of the issues I was experiencing. There was quite a few people in the store at the same time as me but even though that was the case she handled the situation very well being the only one at the shop at the time. Thanks for the assistance, wish this store was closer to home.
