I love going here. There are so many things to look at and beautiful experiences awaiting for you. If you’re an outdoors lover, this is a place you’ll enjoy going to. The history behind this place is very interesting. Bok Tower and its gardens bring me so much peace. I enjoyed hearing about its history and having the chance to go inside the Retiro was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. There are many trails for you to walk on and take in the scenery. I’m very thankful for having been brought to this beautiful land. I learn and experience something new every time I’ve been back there.
There is a playground for children and parents to enjoy themselves. There’s a beautiful gift shop where you may purchase some souvenirs. They also have a picnic area where you may enjoy a snack or purchase something from their shop to eat.
This is a great place to go with the family, go on a date, or even just go by yourself.

It was a beautiful visit to Bok Tower Gardens. The drive through the orange groves reminded me of my childhood here in Florida. The visitor center had a wealth of information, clean bathrooms, a gift shop, and a little cafe to grab a bite during the visit. The gardens are beautiful. It was so nice to stroll leisurely while listening to the chimes from Bok Tower. This is a wonderful way to spend the day.

This was our third time there. I absolutely love this place. It is beautiful and one of the most peaceful places I have visited. The grounds are so beautiful. You can wander around and enjoy the beautiful flowers, birds and butterflies. Benches are placed in random places if you just want to sit and enjoy the tranquility. The sound of the bells are the icing on the cake! We enjoyed walking along all the trails. The restaurant serves very good food. Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Don't miss this place!

This is a beautiful place to visit. You can walk as much as you desire with so many beautiful flowers. They also have fruits and vegetables growing. It would be an awesome place to take a picnic lunch. There are plenty of shade trees to sit under. You could even possibly crash a wedding. We very much enjoyed our day at Bok Tower Gardens.

Beautiful gardens and the most impressive children's garden we've ever been to. My six and nine year olds could spend an entire day just in the children's garden. There is a sandbox, water play area, climbing structures, a place to make and display drawings, a stage with costumes to borrow, and the fan-favorite mud kitchen!
The tower is also beautiful. Everything we got from the cafe was delicious. Employees were friendly and helpful.

If you're looking for a place to pause, reflect, and enjoy the quiet surroundings, head straight to Bok Tower. The pictures don't do it justice! Be sure to bring your cameras and a bottle of water.

The staff is super friendly and helpful if you need any assistance during hour visit. Grounds are clean and accessible trails are available throughout. The cafe offers several GF options and the bathrooms were all super clean.

I have been to Lake Wales before but didn’t take the time to go to Bok Tower Gardens. This year my family bought me a membership. It is worth the trip if you like history and gardens. The very first thing I recommend you do is take the tour, it helps you understand the history and get the lay of the land. Our walking tour was about an hour and half. The tour guides provide hearing device which was great. Next I recommend going to the visitors center for more history. The gift shop has really reasonably priced items and they also have a green house with plants and flowers. There is also a cafe which I thought was reasonably priced (comparable to other local area joints). We will eat there next time as it was really busy. They have tons of classes and concerts too. We enjoy the walking trails as well out and back is about 4 miles with great views!

I haven’t been to Bok Tower in several years. I was pleased to see how well maintained the gardens are. It brought back many fond memories of visiting as a child with my grandparents and parents and then visiting with my own small children. I took my now 26 year old daughter. We really enjoyed wandering on the trails and touring the historic home on the property. Make sure you bring a few quarters to feed the fish by the tower!

I highly recommend the gardens and the home tour.
