Amazing experience with Amanda I will definitely come back to this location because of her and the team. I was directed here from Kelsey from the Bullard location and I had such an easy time finding just what I wanted cause of Amanda. She went the extra mile and looking online for some of the games I stated I wanted on my collection list. If it weren’t for her there’s a chance I would’ve walked out empty but her amazing customer service and willingness to assist me made it super easy for me to tackle down some of those nice games I’ve always wanted. Thank you so much Amanda and team you’re truly appreciated!

The guy at the front counter, Phil, was absolutely phenomenal! My son, who has autism, spent over half an hour with him, exploring all the gaming sections, and Phil was incredibly sweet, kind, and patient the entire time. He never lost his cool and was truly magnificent. Phil was highly knowledgeable about both systems and games, answering all our questions with thoughtful suggestions and recommendations. His listening skills were excellent, and his customer service was top-notch.

I can't get behind selling fake cards, sorry not sorry. Was looking at the binders with someone else, we confirmed that out of the 5 cards, 3 of them were fake. Manager came from the back and told us the cards "looked real" to him. The mutual left disheartened, and the person at the register, knowing the cards were fake- put them back into the binder to be sold. Despite the clear printing errors. Ended up going around the store and purchased a pack of star rail cards, only to find out those are fake too. The cards were cardboard so the pack felt heavy; they were made with AI art and damaged.

4.1 stars for a reason. This company is going downhill and downhill fast. These so called technicians really don't know much and they only warranty for a month ? Get out of here with that in case you haven't noticed sir your 30 day warranty is not widely accepted by your customer base. Do something about it and update it to 90 day warranty..I myself have purchased countless items at your Clovis location and half at least half of those items failed in the 2nd month ?! Maybe there is something we don't know but I would rather buy my stuff cheaper in Facebook. At first I would tell everyone buy everything at Blue Shell since they test everything and stand by it but in the last 3 years that is far from the truth now sadly we have to buy all our stuff on Facebook since it is way cheaper and it's just like blue shell there's a 50% chance that whatever you buy on Facebook will work into the second month so I'd rather just buy from Facebook save money cuz either way if it fails in the second month Facebook buyer won't give me my money back and neither will blue shell if the item is in fact effective now if Blue shell had a 3-month warranty or a 6-month warranty I would be a customer again but the one month warranty is a freaking joke. Of course the owner's going to respond with the nasty response like he did three years ago when I asked why his prices were so high compared to what you could buy on eBay Amazon and he said well he has to stay in business and what's crazy about that is you would think all these consumers before buying something there would Google it to see how much it's going for and the prices don't match don't buy it. The last thing I bought was an Xbox 360 controller which only works for about a month and a half when I took it back they said well we'll charge you to fix it or you can buy another one what so that can happen again and again and again nah I'll pass.

They have a reputation of selling things that are 1/2 broken and NOT wanting 2 fix it!! I DIDN'T KNOW THIS BEFORE BUYING MY SON'S GIFT!! I bought a handheld gaming system top digitizer not working right went down there 2xs (they broke the henge), denying responsibility "voiding the contract" NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE!!! WHAT'S EVEN WORSE IS MY SON HAD A PARTY NONE OF HIS FRIENDS SHOWED UP AND A BROKEN GIFT (THE ONLY 1 HE GOT)!!

A huge variety of games at good prices. Even some Japanese titles! And their whole inventory from their 3 locations is available on their site and ships countrywide.
