Carlos was fantastic and the food was super great too. Carlos was energetic and gave good recommendations and was very attentive to my wife and I. Add on that the food was even better than I expected and I would say this was an extraordinary dining experience this evening.

Came in for lunch during a busy weekend before Christmas and very satisfied with our visit. Dina was our server and she was top notch! She checked on us often and our drinks never went empty! Portion sizes are large and the food is tasty. Tried the ahi poke and the seasonal cinnamon roll pizokie. The ahi poke was very nice, fresh tuna, fresh avocado, the scallions were crispy, and the drizzle on top was perfect. It came with crispy wontons and those were great, crispy enough to be satisfied but not falling apart. The cinnamon roll was great, well balanced between the cinnamon sugar, bready roll, icing, Carmel, and ice cream. Each was balanced to create a tasty dessert. 10/10 recommend.

Delicious food. Service was good both times I've been. There are a selection of flavored sodas made in-house. The Strawberry Pizookie was delectable. This dessert is so worth it. Recommend this restaurant.

Overall... "better than good" dining experience. We are not new to Bj's Restaurant and Brewhouse. We've eaten here several times and haven't had any huge issues until tonite. Let me start by saying our server, Aaliyah D, was/is exceptional at her job! I would give her 10 🌟s if I could. She has such a wonderful personality and the most beautiful smile! She is very attentive even during the dinner rush. She's very knowledgeable on the menu and drinks. She always aims to please. I truly appreciated her this evening eventhough our main courses were less than desirable. I was dining with my son and husband. I ordered the seasonal Frosty Lucky Ducky for a drink and it was sooo cute 😍 and yummy (see pic) and you could take the tub and ducky home for an extra $10! We ordered Root Beer Glazed Wings (all flats): 5🌟s, Chicken Pan-seared Potstickers: 4 🌟s, and the Chili Siracha Dip: 5🌟s for appetizers. Our main courses were the SmokeHouse Burger: 5 🌟s, The Jambalaya: 3 🌟s, and the Prime Rib Bundle: 3🌟s. My husband said the Jambalaya was seasoned perfectly but the rice was either undercooked or overcooked (lots of hard crunchy rice). Normally, when he orders this dish from here, he loves it, but, tonight, the rice was really bad. My Prime Rib, which I ordered medium rare w/ a side salad, Brussel Sprouts and the Rice Pilaf, came to the table very rare and cold to the touch. Took a bite of the Prime Rib and it was cold not even warm. 😞 When Aaliyah came to check on how our meals were, I asked her to literally touch the Prime Rib so she could feel the temperature. She said she would have them remake me a new one and I suggested that she have a manager feel the temp of the Prime Rib. She brought me a new plate and the Prime Rib was cooked better and was hot BUT when I took a bite of the rice, I was chewing alot of hard kernels. 😬 So, Aaliyah offered to have a manager come over. The manager on duty was Cameron. He was very nice. I explained my issues and he could see that the rice was overcooked/burnt. He brought me a new side of rice but when I took a bite while he was still there...it was a little better but still had hard kernels. So, he offered a different side and I chose a loaded baked potato and it was perfect but they were busy and by the time I got the potato, my Prime Rib was cold. So, I decided to take my meal home. Btw, the Brussel sprouts were good. I chose the Starwberry Shortcake Pazookie (bundled with my Prime Rib meal) and added caramel drizzle and chocolate chips: 5 🌟s 😋. My husband and son shared the Hot Fudge Brownie Pazookie: 5 🌟s. I do recommend Bj's Brewhouse for good family dining with a nice atmosphere and a variety of food to choose from. Even with the issues we had with our main courses, our dining experience was great because of Aaliyah and Cameron. I appreciated their excellent customer service. We did not ask for any comps on our meals (which they did offer) but I said no. I did ask if I could take the cute little tub and ducky home instead and Cameron agreed 😉👍. We still recommend this place for great family dining and we will definitely be back again bc we do love the food here. And we will be asking for Aaliyah when we return! 😍

First time at BJ’s. We were seated promptly. Our waitress, Nia, was awesome! Her interaction was friendly and she gave us great suggestions. Food was on point and well portioned. Would definitely return.

Look at the picture. The waitress Kaci had the audacity to tell me that it was fully cooked and that the pink was from the smoke and the pink fluid was from the smoke as well. I didn't even bother to argue. You just have to draw the line with some people.
