I ordered 2 folding Bingo boards from this organization. 1 board was fine but the 2nd was split down the middle upon arrival. I tried to call the customer service # but to no avail. There was a recording of this # not existing. I presently feel that I'm stuck with the faulty board even though the company has now collected my money. I'm hoping to find some recourse from this review.

I love this place and everybody I have dealt with are awesome ! Super customer service and always seem eager to answer any questions I have ! Sometimes if I don't want to drive there to pickup I have it sent to me and shipping is always speedy ! I recommend them highly !! Sincerely, Tammy

What Mr. Robinson left out of his review, was the fact that he was dialing the wrong number for Bingo West. Once he finally dialed the correct number, his board was exchanged for a new one, no questions asked. Did he come back, and admit his mistake, and amend his review? Of course not!!
Bingo West has been operating for over 30 years because customer service is their number one priority!

Great variety of supplies for bingo. Hard cards or 6on paper sheets. Pull tabs or bullet bingo. They have it all! Great deals for helping non profit groups raising money for their charities.
