On Friday evening at bingo, my family and I purchased a few packs for my mother’s birthday. Brenda (older lady, short grey hair) was our cashier at the bingo cage. We play bingo semi regularly and this is by far the poorest customer service encounter I have had. Brenda was unnecessarily curt. I explained that I saw on the website that if you purchased a fire pack (the second tier), you would get a second one for free. She responded, “it is 4 for 1.” I asked if that was just for the fire pack, and she asked, “what did I just say?” I repeated myself again, and she rolled her eyes. She again said it was 4 for 1, but then added that if you purchase an additional fire pack, you would get a second one. She then asked if I wanted a magic ball. I said “no,” and she stared at me blankly until I said “thank you.” While I am generally polite, I did not feel so inclined because of the disrespect I had already encountered from Brenda. The cashier next to her looked over at me and gave me a sympathetic smile, which makes me think this might be an ongoing issue with Brenda. I understand if she is having a rough day or does not enjoy her job, but she did not need to take it out on me or my family. This experience makes me reluctant to return. We will plan on enjoying bingo elsewhere in the valley.

Fun night out with family. Played Bingo at the 7pm session. Mask is a must. Bought the 2nd level package on the machine for $50. Employees were friendly, free soda & coffee and great variety at the Bingo Cafe. Didn't win this time. Strange thing...I did see one woman win bingo 4 times! Maybe she bought a lot of cards, but what are the odds? We had a great time and I loved the clean, no smoking, socially distanced atmosphere. Will go back soon.

Love the ambiance, the employees, and especially the PRIZES!!!! OH THE PRIZES - STRAIGHT CASH! Lol! Played free Bingo during my bingo month and Won $800 right b4 Christmas and it helped pay for presents for all of my kids! Thank you Casino Arizona! Ur awesome!... Update: Playing free bingo again for my birthday this year! L8 Nite Bingo

The price is right. But the winnings are slim..not huge pots, the callers call fast. Definitely a younger crowd. No one seems to be in a hurry. Very relaxed. The cashiers were very friendly and helpful

It's bingo. It's fun. Maybe a little on the cold side in bingo hall. Bring a sweater or jacket. I know it's 110 degrees outside, but this is inside.

This bingo is a shorter session than bingo at We-ko-pa. We generally go here because sitting for so longat We-ko-pa can start being a PITA, literally. The snack bar here has pretty decent food too.

Nice bingo hall, doesn't smell like cigarettes, and the folks are generally nice. Great place to relax and do some dauber dabbing. Arrive a little early to avoid missing your chances of yelling and wiggling a raised hand, with the words "BINGO"
