These guys really know their stuff! Family run, very knowledgeable, and great customer service. I went in to purchase my first ever bow to learn on and to eventually hunt with. These guys guided me through everything in detail, and did not try to push the most expensive products that they had, but rather gave me real world and practical advice. I am very grateful for that, and for finding this archery shop. My new bow is outstanding, and I am already shooting tight groups in less than 24hrs with it! Thanks guy!!

Very knowledgeable about my bow, which is older. Other bow shops won’t touch it but they’ve been able to do two different services on it and it’s still in top notch shape. I just got all the strings replaced and they had to custom order them. Fortunately, they still had the spec books from the 80s because they don’t sell that bow anymore and it’s hard to to find info.

Price is average, maybe a little high but it is fair. It’s the only shop I’ll go to from now on.

I am new to bows so I didn't really know what to expect when I went to Big O's. My son-in-law is a really good bow hunter and his love of bow hunting finally got me in the mood to try my hand and see if I possibly could become somewhat proficient in this sport. It was a Saturday so we knew they would be busy. They were. But we finally got our turn and these guys explained to me exactly what I needed in a bow and accessories. I am a lefty, so they had to order my bow. It came in on time and what a beauty it is. The father-son team are definitely out to give you the greatest service you can ask for. Their knowledge about bow and accessories is the best. When I picked up my bow last evening, it was almost closing time but they stayed with me and took me to their range in back and went over all kind of things about shooting, standing, and general things I should know. I am exceeding happy with these guys. Even though I live over 3 hours away, I'm sure I'll be back. I had a great experience purchasing my 1st bow at Big O's Archery shop.

Best bow shop around. They are never too busy to help you out and answer any questions you might have. They got my daughter all lined out for her new bow and did repairs on my old bow for me. Great folks to deal with. I won’t go anywhere else!

Picked up archery hunting in 1982, never missed a season. Bought a Traverse here summer 3 seasons ago.Excellent experience. Just had new string and cables. Bow shoots amazing. I have have never meet nicer are more knowledgeable people.

These guys are great when you are spending money. Questions after the sale seem to be more of a nuisance. They claim their specialty is setting up bows, however my brand New Mathews bow did not have the top hats set up correctly and the hamskea rest was not close to square to the riser. There are other shops that may be further away, but do a much better job.

This Place is great! My 10yr old son has been taking lessons and they are great with kids and answer all of your questions. If you looking to learn or to buy a bow, definitely would recommend this place.

First time dealing with Big O, had warranty work done on a bow that I bought from another archery shop no longer in buisness. Felt like I was a valued customer the moment I walked in. Very respectful and knowledgeable people, fast turn around on repairs at a resonable price. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
