Fantastic experience! The atmosphere was casual and inviting, with picnic-style seating perfect for enjoying a sunny day.

The food was the real star here. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, served with a side of golden, crispy fries. The fried jalapeño slices were a pleasant surprise—crispy on the outside and paired with a creamy, tangy dipping sauce that complemented the spice beautifully.

Service was quick and friendly, and the overall vibe was great for a laid-back meal. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!"

Their food is great, I’ve had it multiple times at their old location! However, this location is racist. We got there and waited for about 15 minutes, and within that time frame were two other men who arrived. They were served almost immediately. Even then, we still waited to get served, and there were 2 more servers who walked out checking on every other customers, and still no one came to ask if we had been checked on yet. We unfortunately ended up leaving. This was just really unfortunate, we absolutely loved this place and their food is really good!! Just bummed out about the service :/

We came here for the first time today. Darrell likes to play this game called can you guess where we are going to eat? I get three guesses and then I ‘m out if I don’t guess right. So today was no different. Except this was a food truck. It only sold burgers and fries! With that being said OMG WHAT A CHEESEBURGER! We both had the Classic Kat cheeseburger trust me this wasn’t made with cheap meat it was fat and juicy I had mayo on mine and I wasn’t struggling to find the mayo it was great! The veggies were fresh and it wasn’t smothered in lettuce just perfect! It was good and hot it was so hot it burned my lip just the way I like it! Cannot stand a cold burger that doesn’t melt the cheese! They layered it correctly so the veggies were not wilted! The cheese was melted to perfection not just limp like most burgers. Darrell had mustard and ketchup eewww lol! The burgers are huge and stayed hot till the last delectable bite! The fries are fresh cut crispy on the outside and soft and tender on the inside. I am not a fry eater but these were fresh and hot and they also stayed hot and were absolutely delicious! The meat was so flavorful and cooked to perfection not dry and burnt! The edges of the burgers were a crispy delight! The buns were fresh and soft and grilled perfectly! The bun was not too small . You know you get burgers that are so much bigger than the buns or the buns are so big you have more bread than meat! These were perfect, The area around the truck was neat and clean no trash anywhere loved everything about this place! The young lady that took our order had a smile as bright as the sunshine today! This a wonderful little burger truck! We will be back for sure!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Big Kat Burgers food truck and was blown away by both the quality of the food and the exceptional service provided by their staff.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I was impressed by their in-depth knowledge of the menu, and they were more than happy to chat with me about all of the different burger options and flavor profiles.

What really stood out to me, however, was their willingness to accommodate substitutions and special requests. They were very conversational and helpful in suggesting different combinations and options that would best suit my taste preferences.

As for the burgers themselves, they were absolutely delicious. Each one was uniquely crafted with a perfect balance of flavors and textures that made for a truly satisfying meal. I particularly enjoyed the Big Kat Burger, which featured a juicy patty topped with crispy bacon, melted cheese, and a creamy jalapeño sauce.

Overall, I cannot recommend Big Kat Burgers enough. Their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and their burgers are some of the best I have ever had. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and give them a try!

I can say this is one of the best burger food trucks I have experienced, well really the only food truck, with everything going on in the world as of now I’ve been afraid but I haven’t had a good burger in awhile. The atmosphere, service, people waiting just friendly. I ordered the Mushroom Bacon Swiss (fresh, seasoned, juicy, I’m sorry I didn’t post a before but yes indeed). My husband ordered The Brute and my son ordered The Veggie Kat. Cute at atmosphere. You guys did that! Recommendations (bib), lol. Yes I was impressed.

These guys know how to make a great hamburger! I've had their Lil Tigah and a few sliders and it's good every time. The meat is cooked just right without charring and never undercooked. There are different kinds of hamburgers to suit everyone's tastes and the cooks are helpful with suggestions. The fries are perfect; cooked well, seasoned perfectly and leaving you wishing that you could have just one more when you are finished.

Avoid the processed warmed up garbage that the normal fast food places make and come here instead. This is MUCH better than Sonic that is caddy cornered to Big Kat.

Stopped in Saturday afternoon after following this place and wanting to check it out.
Please note, this is a food truck and limited seating available. Other places nearby allow food to be taken in so we opted to order and take to Hop Fusion to have a few beers and watch the Mavs game.

We were quickly attended, order taken and began our wait. She was polite but lacked any enthusiasm so kind of took the hype out of this place, especially since I’ve been really trying to make it here.

We ordered the Kat Special (currently Boss Baby) and a Classic Kat both with fries (the special comes with fries).

Burgers were delicious. Hot, melty cheese, great flavor, not very greasy. My burger came with a slice of pineapple which was hot, tender, and the absolute perfect addition to the sweet and salty of the Boss Baby. Fries were hot and crispy too! Everything is packaged to go and they were neatly packaged and very sustainable.

Overall, a delicious spot. We will definitely be back to give another burger a shot!
