I am a 47 years old person and on December 22nd I bought 2 bottles: horchata liquor and whiskey, I stood in line and saw that only some people were asked for ID, the person who helped me asked for my ID and I showed my real ID, but for some reason a black woman who works there badly asked the cashier to scan the ID, which she did not do with any other person before or after, it was annoying and racist to me, the way she did it and how she said it, I still pointed out to her why only with me because I am Hispanic, she answered that it was company policy but she did not do it with the before and after. These type of people should be stopped, I was not stealing anything and I did not like the show she put on... terrible service on her part.

Been ordering from BevMo for years. Usually order online so I know they have what I want and I can then just pick it up. Recently, BevMo.com won’t let me login (I repeatedly get a page of code errors!!). Have tried multiple times over the past few weeks to find someone to help. Wrote several emails. No response to any of them.

This BevMo! is conveniently located in Pinole right off the freeway and tucked in between TJ Maxx and Ulta. Lots of stores nearby to choose from. Great selection, prices, and the staff are always very helpful and ready to assist.

My wife likes Bev Mo a lot for their large selection of beverages. She orders Malbec Vino from Mendoza Argentina,
Chile and Napa. No problem!
