Delores and her staff were wonderful. We had a group of over 50, not sure how many rooms we ended up with. Delores and I had worked on this for months. Great rates. Great staff. Highly recommend her and her hotel for anything in that area

Rubi welcomed us and made our stay so enjoyable- we had an extra request- needing to attend a ZOOM meeting from 11-2pm. Although it was past check out, we were allowed to meet in the breakfast area and complete our call. The day manager was so supportive. It felt like family. Thx BW for all you do to make travelers feel at home.

Positive: Surprisingly clean and updated. I loved that it did NOT have carpet but floor. Negative: This place is a Motel not Hotel. Dislike access from the parking lot.

I stayed here as part of a meeting/conference. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Room was clean and comfortable with everything I needed.

The staff was amazing, we arrived at midnight and the young lady greeted us so gracefully and made us feel very comfortable. The morning staff made sure we were taken care off and ready for our travels. We will definitely stop here again.

I have decided that regardless of where I travel and I’ve been doing a lot of it lately, I will continuously use best Western. I had my service dog traveling with me and when I finally got to Canada and picked up my son to bring him back to the states for our Christmas we had two service dogs and never once did I have a problem with this hotel, not one time. No, I travel across the United States from Texas all the way up to Edmonton Alberta. From Edmonton Alberta, I drove all the way back down to McAllen Texas using best Western each and every time. This best Western was in Junction, Texas. It was a really good breakfast. Good variety and staff is really nice. I never have a complaint with Best Western not yet anyway.

Check in was easy and friendly. Room was clean. Shower pressure was great. Location is good. The breakfast was delicious with great variety. The red and green Christmas omelet was tasty. The Texas waffles were perfect.
