It's a nice small chain. They don't have much on the floor compared to large outlets, but at least Conway has one so we don't have to drive to Little Rock to pick up orders. Mostly it's college students are on the floor for salesmen so they don't have much experience with sales but they're nice people.

My old TV went out and it was time for a replacement. I walked into the store and soon after James offered his assistance. We had a brief conversation about the difference in the two brands I was comparing. James offered valuable information on the topic. Once I had made my decision, James said he would bring it to the front. James also helped with the check out and helped us with a warranty. We were apprehensive about purchasing it because of previous experiences with other warranties. He made the decision much easier. James then helped me load the TV with the help of another employee. He was a bright spot in a very busy day in town. We appreciate his professional support and look forward to seeing him again.

Very cold and impersonal, suggested their in-house geek squad for my issue with downloading photos from an old camera I was having trouble with. Wanted $100 (ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR'S)to do this with the memory card reader I had just purchased!!! I might not be tek savvy, but I'm not stupid!!! Will never go back, except to return the memory card reader!!

Do not EVER buy an appliance here. You buy and sign up for one delivery date/time, and then you get moved around 6 different times to fit into their scheduled "availability." I have emails confirming one delivery date that will not be meant. Buyers beware here. Go to Lowes or Home Depot. At least they'll get it delivered in time...

Purchased blood pressure cuff. It would not inflate. I returned the cuff for a replacement. The replacement did not inflate. Best Buy refunded my money promptly with the return of the replacement cuff. Great way to do business.

This Best Buy has a fairly decent selection, but the staff are overly aggressive. In one trip, five different sales people tried to pull me aside and sell me something. It was a little high pressure. There is a location in Little rock that has a much larger inventory and friendly staff.

So, I just bought a laptop last week and it had to be shipped to my home which is no big deal I appreciate the honesty of the technician that was there as he listened to new ramble which was highly appreciated because I do that a lot. The laptop was delivered this morning and I am just now getting to open it it doesn't look like there's any damage but the box that it was delivered in was pretty messed up. Well I know this isn't Best buy's fault I just expected a little bit better since I paid almost 1200 bucks for it.. If the laptop doesn't work well I'll call but I think it should be good.

It's the typical best buy experience you expect and have had almost everytime I go to best buy a little too much pushing for those best buy credit cards tho.
