Exceptional customer service! I’ve had the nicest most professional drivers every time. They come either exactly on time or earlier than scheduled! It’s amazing. Absolutely wonderful young man drove me this morning to the airport through terrible weather!!! I’m so impressed and will always take and recommend this ride service!

Came to Panama city last spring used beach Boyz all week had a great experience. Back down this year and terrible service. Asked for the party truck with led lights they sent a 15 passenger van. Asked to go to pier 41 they take us to pier 57 and then charged me to bring us to the correct destination.

Used this week for shuttle from airport to hotel. Charged $88 for a 17 mile ride. The van shook at each stop light and had to be put in neutral, and the driver drove half way without his headlights on in the middle of the night.

I visited Panama City Beach for the first time Wed-Sun for a wedding. My wife couldn't make it, and my kids were with their mom, so I didn't rent a car. I had to fly out early Sunday morning at 6AM, and it's a 30 minute drive to the airport, so Friday I booked an appointment for a pickup Sunday morning at 3:40 AM. I then confirmed Saturday just to ensure no issues with the reservation! 3:40 am rolled around and no ride... I immediately called, and the reservation was no longer in their system. Now this should be a negative, but gosh! The customer service was great! Dispatch, said he had a guy 5 minutes away, and I had my ride in 5 minutes. Made it to the airport about 4:25'ish, which was ample time! The driver said there was a lot of business with Jazz Fest being that weekend, and my appointment was probably thrown out by the computer. Regardless, it didn't matter! Beach Boys found me a ride at 3:40 in the morning in just 5 minutes! Further, customer service was great, and the driver was one of the friendliest I can remember! Thanks Beach Boys! Will definitely use again!

Last night August 22nd my husband and I used Beach Boys Taxi Service. We made reservations for them to pick us up at our hotel and then for a return trip back to our hotel! The drivers were on time and very polite. And the taxis were clean and their seats not ripped! I would recommend this company if you need to get around PCB!

I am extremely disappointed in our experience with your service. I booked based on the recommendation of a villa owner we rented from and felt good at first after the initial phone call.

After arriving to Panama City Airport we were met by a driver who immediately told us he hopes our bags don’t take long to arrive because he has another ride to do. The van was disgusting. Everything was falling apart, the air barely worked, and the car seat for my son was nasty. We got to our villa and hoped it was just a one time thing.

I had already booked our return ride and wanted to give it another chance but the second van was worse than the first. The seats were disgusting, nothing worked (including seatbelts), the air was minimal, and the van had too many rows in it so we had to pile all our luggage over seats in the back to get in. The car seat provided for my youngest was busted up and missing pieces.

Overall I’m super disappointed and next year we will be renting a car.

Fast pick up and safe. Since they are a taxi service they have appropriate seating and proper insurance. Unlike private uber drivers. They actually waited until I got into my hotel safely. Thanks boys! Hope to see ya next summer!💜🎼
