Bausen Tech did a great job! I asked them to copy my main PC drive and add a larger hard drive. They also noticed that the liquid cooler for the cpu was not working anymore and replaced it with a fan. From start to finish, the process took about a day, and the total for the job was just under $200. They communicated well with me throughout the process. Very greatful for them and will definitely come back if I have other PC needs!

Great shop and very through in their work. Unfortunately, as I suspected my computer was shot and I needed a new one. The staff was extremely friendly and even more helpful. Although they do not sell computers James was was informative in helping discover a newer, updated model. Not recommending brands, but rather assisting in things I need to research for. Newer computer.

Took my computer in and there are diagnostics said that my hard drive was on the verge of going out. And replaced the drive with a solid state unit, and made sure that the computer was in tiptop shape, and I am impressed with their professionalism. They definitely take pride and their work. And yes, I will use them again.

I went into Bausen and I talk to Darrin and he took his time with me to help me select a new computer. Their was thing on the new computer that I did not understand with the newer technology today. So I went ahead and ordered the computer from Bausen and had the the computer ship to Bausen, when the computer arrived there, then Darrin updated it and make sure it is working like it should. The next day I pick it up Darrin plug it in for me to let me know about the new computer and the other accessories. Darrin did and awesome job to help me. Also Amber is an awesome too, she will greet you with a big smile and help your computer needs. In today world It is wonderful get help with your computer or buy a new one, They do not put pressure on you. These folks make you feel important and willing to help you with your computer needs!!!

I asked Bausen Technology to install/replace my GPU,CPU,Motherboard,and Ram all of which was done nicely and in a timely manner. Once I brought the PC home everything appears to be working fine and effectively, will be going back for my Pc needs.
