I called Kevin to help me find a condo in Laughlin as he was a “local” agent with great reviews. He said he’d have his newly licensed son Kobe show me places. What Kobe lacked in experience he more than made up for in energy & research skills. Kobe took me to every complex in town & didn’t stop until I found exactly what I was looking for. Not surprisingly, the Seller’s Agent was Kevin, and with both involved, the sale went smoothly because they truly strive for a “Win Win” so everyone is happy. When it was time to sell a couple years later, again I called Kevin. This time the roles were reversed. Kevin represented me as Seller and Kobe brought the Buyers. Again, it went very smoothly. In today’s real estate world filled with fast-talking wheeler-dealers, it was a great gift to work with the Barbaritas. They are a decent family with integrity who love what they do and are GOOD at it. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that they both grew up in Laughlin & know the local market inside out, and Kevin has brilliant instincts in how to price listings. (Mine sold quickly for considerably more than I paid.) If you call the office, you will likely get Kyle on the line. Yup, he’s the other brother with a license. Gotta love a family operation! These guys are the best agents in town, hands down. Highly recommend.
