I went to the Bank of America in La Mirada today and had two tasks to complete. I felt discriminated against by a teller, so I gave the branch a one-star rating. However, I don't want to include Mr. Dany Fuentes in this one-star review because he was very kind, courteous, and helped me complete my banking tasks, allowing me to leave the bank feeling happy. He deserves a five-star rating for his excellent service. I want to express my gratitude through this review once again.

But the teller named Julia was very rude and treated customers poorly. I was extremely upset by her attitude and I don't plan to use that branch again. She blamed me for her own mistake of forgetting to give me a receipt and didn't even apologize. I never expected to have such an unpleasant experience at Bank of America. My experience here today doesn't even deserve one star.

Today me and my partner went in to this Bank of America branch. We met the associate Dany who was very friendly and professional. He helped me and my partner open a joint account and made the process smooth and easy and made sure we understood and gave us options. Thank you for being kind and helpful Dany it was nice meeting you. 🙂

I had an appointment at 1pm, as I walked in, someone greeted, & I mentioned I have an appointment at 1pm. She said , will be with you shortly.
It is exactly at 1:47pm , no one shows up. So I walked out, such a disappointment with waste of time. With this Kinda treatment, it’s clear that BOA doesn’t care of the customers & the business. Been with BOA for many years, I needed some documentation with signatures and that wasn’t something I could do over ATM or at the teller.

We were canceling our acct due to Fraud. Ms Vienna Gonzalez at this branch was with us for over 3 hrs. She was tenacious with fraud Dept to fix this. Was very patient, empathetic and informative. She is the reason we are keeping out acct and this will be our branch moving forward. Thank you

Poorly kept, smells like urine, the teller machines are filthy and disgusting. Need to power wash the front of bank side walks.

Terrible. I just wanted to set up a automatic deposit of my disability check. I walked in and not 1 person said anything to me. It was like I was invisible. Finally I went to dude sitting as desk, doing nothing, and asked. He says, go sit over there and someone will help you. I sat for 10 minutes and finally got up and walked out. Still not 1 BofA worker ever said anything to me. What it looked like to me was that I had to me Mexican or I wouldn't get any help. They should just close this branch. It's worthless and the workers are prejudice. They don't really deserve any stars at all but I had to put 1 or it wouldn't work. I'll never go back to this BofA.

Its horrible to have to wait. Bank of America is loosing its high standard. Its difficult to see how employees are worked. They have to run to help those in lines, apts at the desk as well as assist as money truck comes in to dilever money. Wow.....what happened to Bank of America being a top bank.
