Would be 0 stars if possible. I spoke to Diana and told her I needed a temporary replacement card, she pushed me to get a digital one closing my old debit card. Digital ends up not working and now I have no debit card. I told her what the issue was and yet she forced me to do what I didn't want to do and her way of solving things didn't work either. She said, ok you're done, you can leave now. Horrible service. How in the world is she the relationship banker? They must really need help here. Anyone competent looking for a job, please apply here.

They ignored me then has me use the app on my phone and the attitude and vibe they gave was not very inviting they seemed very inexperienced the lady that did greet me immidiatly snapped in a certain tone
" your not getting your card today "
I'm very aware I'm not getting a card then and there so I just said
" this feels like the run around I'll go to another bank "
So I left
I had such great service in Chino CA and even the phone service was great last time before when I lost my card the second time anyway the Pomona BOA on garey Ave needs improvement.......

The day I went to the bank it was very busy someone said it was because the date we were on was the first of the month. I didn't go inside, I just went to the ATM, and there was a big line. There were three ATM machines but only one was being used when it was finally my turn, I realized that one was out of order and the other one was not being used after some one said it was out of order too, but, i notice it wasn't. The system was quite slow, and I think it is due to the great demand there was for withdrawals , deposits, and other transactions on this particular day. This is something beyond the control of man.

This is the worst bank I have ever been to, in terms of customer service. The line was very long, yet they only had two tellers. There were other staff just walking around and chatting. During the whole time that people were waiting, no one ever bothered to apologize for the wait. They were very unprofessional. I was so upset that I was tempted to close my account with this bank. I am not planning to come back to this bank, ever again. However, if by some unfortunate circumstance, I am forced to come to this bank and this happens again, I will be closing my account.
