I’ve been with Bailey’s Entertainment since 2020, and while I’ve had a couple of positive experiences—particularly on well-organized gigs with Disney that I booked through them in 2021 and 2024—there have been some frustrating issues that I feel compelled to share.
After completing their training program, I received very positive feedback on my video from the instructor. However, when I submitted the exact same video to the agency for consideration, I was told I wouldn’t be added to the roster without any clear feedback or explanation. Despite a couple of polite inquiries, I wasn’t given a response and was left feeling dismissed. Then, a couple of months later, I started receiving casting emails. Great!
In 2021, I booked a gig and had a great experience on set. Unfortunately, when it came time for payment, I had to chase it down after nearly four months. After reaching out to others on the gig with me, I learned they had been paid two months earlier, which raised concerns. When I contacted the agency, I was told they didn’t have my Zelle account information and that Zelle was the only method of payment they use—they don’t mail checks—forcing me to open a new bank account just to receive my payment. (If my payment information wasn’t available when they received payment, why wouldn’t they reach out and ask me for it?)
In 2024, I completed another booking in July and have now been waiting 97 days for payment. When I reached out after waiting patiently, I was kindly told they would check with accounting. After over a week with no follow-up, I emailed again and learned that they had received the payment, and I should receive mine this week, thanking me for my patience. Even after that, I’m still waiting.
I’ve enjoyed working with Bailey’s Entertainment in the past, and they have provided me with great opportunities. However, the experience of having to chase down payments is becoming increasingly frustrating. I always show up on time and give my best effort no matter how big or small a booking is, and I expect timely payment and updates in return.
I sincerely hope Bailey’s Entertainment will address these payment delays, as they are affecting their overall reliability. I’m sharing this feedback with the hope that it will be taken seriously so others don’t experience the same issues.

Our first (Open Call with Doug) and ongoing (Shoot with Comfort Keepers) was very professional and actually fun. Mike, was extremely helpful in that he kept us (my husband and driver), up to date on what I would need for the day and what to expect on the set. Our interactions were always positive and helpful . I can't wait to be called again. I like the pay too!
I found the production team to be professional, friendly and helpful. The director took his time to explain exactly what he wanted on various shots. The makeup lady fixed my hair beautifully and applied my makeup professionally. Michelle, the wardrobe gal, did an excellent job with dressing the actors. The production team worked together very well.
I'm excited and am looking forward for more!

My family was booked for a commercial shoot for Advent Health after being signed to Bailey's Entertainment Group Real Families and it was all around the best experience. We spent the whole day at the shoot with an amazing and talented team of producers and photographers and I'm so thankful that Bailey's made this happen for us! Mike and Doug are so kind, professional and great to work with. I always recommend Bailey's to anyone who mentions that they're interested in modeling or acting, you won't regret it!

This was my first experience with Baileys, but not my first with acting for other agencies. I found the Staff and Crew to be the friendliest of any of my previous experiences. Even the Clients present mirrored that caring, helpful and sincere friendliness.

I would work for any Bailey booking in the future as a pleasure and an honor, and I would recommend Baileys to anyone looking for a professional, promotional result.

Baileys is an agency that I’m fairly new too however they did land me a Disney booking pretty quickly into being signed!

It was great, they have a lot of solid connections with bigger companies like Disney. They offer classes and portfolio shots that they encourage you to take I’m assuming due to the fact that they believe that their connections/training is the best way to go. Im not opposed to that I think it’s great that they offer these things for anyone who’s new to the industry.

Over all I’m glad I found them and that they took a chance on me! They’re very great with staying in touch and take care of their people.

I had a great first booking with Bailey’s Entertainment last week. Mike called, emailed and texted me throughout to make sure I had all the details i needed. I knew exactly what to expect when I got there. He even followed through at the end of the day to see how things went. Great experience… I hope to work again with them very soon.

Okay…so I’m starting this off with the disclaimer that I haven’t been called in for anything or booked YET….BUT this agency is great.

I attended their open call a few months ago- it was very clear from the jump that Doug and his team truly care about actors and developing them.

He’s straightforward. This career isn’t easy. And if you think it will be easy and come without hard work, you’re going to be slapped in the face with reality. Especially if you’re in a huge market like LA or NY.

My last agency (who I will not name) was a pretty ā€œbigā€ agency - things started off good with them - I auditioned for a handful of commercials and even a role opposite Dean Cain….but I slowly started to feel like a small fish in a big ocean.

I’d email my agents and not hear back - and have to follow up several times. I was often times stuck wondering if my agents were even submitting me and doing their job….(given….agents only make 10% commission….YOU have to do 90% of the work….constant training, professional headshots, materials etc, even self-submitting)

This has not been my experience with Bailey’s.

This is the first agency I’ve been with where I feel the team actually cares about me. They’re excited to chat with me. They’re willing to get on the phone and game plan. They want to advise me and help me take my career to the next level.

I truly feel like I am with a ā€œteamā€ - every project I’m submitted for, I am sent an email to let me know. I’m not stuck wondering if I’m even being submitted at all anymore.

I’ve been in this business for several years now - I also work in sales for my day job. I can smell BS from a mile away. I’ve never gotten any vibe from Bailey’s other than the desire to genuinely help me. When I win, they win. We are a team. And it feels great to have hardworking people on your team.

Thank you Doug and Mike for truly caring about actors.
