We had a wonderful time touring Aspire! The amenities are new and tasteful and the apartments and very nice. Conveniently located by the highway as well. Our tour guide Jessica was extremely helpful and was just wonderful to be around. She was great and made our experience stand out. 10/10 🙌🏻

I love Aspire. I feel like I am living at a resort. The facilities are top notch and the dog park area is great. Also my apartment is spacious and I love the electronic gate/lock feature. The gym and game room are amazing as is the Community Area. Love the free coffee and everyone always has a helpful, friendly attitude.

The request was handled fine, but the timing of the request was not handled in our opinion fine because we had to wait all weekend long with a clogged toilet. My wife explained to the office that because she’s handicapped we have her bathroom set up differently than the other one and it’s hard for her to have to use the other bathroom, but that fell on deaf ears.

Staff is most helpful with the leasing process. We were shown around in a very frigid day past closing time and they were so gracious. We give Tayelor and Taylor two thumbs up!

UPDATE 12/13/2024. So I moved into another unit after almost 4 months of being in my temporary unit while my current unit was being completed. It has been several weeks since I relocated and have yet to use my oven or microwave properly.
The oven does not heat to 350 degrees or higher and never progresses from "Pre heat" mode. My microwave turn table turns in segments instead of rotating and heats food unevenly. I submitted service requests only to have the requests updated stating the issues were corrected when they still have yet to be completed. I resubmitted each request and one has been updated as completed when it has not.
The quality of workmanship in my unit looks as though it was rushed with many cosmetic issues. I am a homebuilder for a National company here in Sherman and have been for many years. I know how appliances are supposed to work and how interior finishes are supposed to be completed. Im not sure the Builder of the Aspire apartments had any quality contractors employed or if quality walks were even performed prior to signing off these apartments as being complete with management. I can go on but will stop here. Apart from all of the issues with this complex, I like the layout of the apartment just wish I could enjoy all of it's features.

In two weeks it will be 3 months since I requested my oven be repaired. I have not been able to use it since moving in and my repair requests fall on deaf ears. I have a few other repair requests that have gone unanswered and I've been doing them myself when I can. Management does not communicate as to the progress of any of my repairs and it's extremely frustrating. In my opinion I don't think not being able to use an oven is a minor issue but according to Aspire management it is and it must be at the bottom of the repair list.

The staff here has been amazing and very accommodating every step of the way. Tayelor was my leasing consultant and I cannot begin to express how friendly, helpful, and welcoming she’s been! I highly recommend Aspire at Sherman to anyone looking for an exceptional experience in finding their new place to call home.
