We have owned some Ashley furniture in the past. It was great and lasted a long time. In fact, my old recliner made it about 17 years! So, that being said, we live in Denton, and decided it was time to buy some new furniture. We just had bought some couches about 2 years ago, but we wanted something with more quality.

We have not been disappointed! We purchased a recliner, for my neck problems, and I found a great one! We also bought an oversized, two-seater couch. It has the reclining options in them as well. The beauty of both of these pieces is that they have a button to raise or lower your neck. It was exactly what the proverbial doctor ordered!

These couches are solid, and recline electronically. You can purchase a warranty to the tune of about $500 to insure some piece of mind that if anything goes wrong, this should cover it. If you don’t use it, then you can apply it toward in-store credit in a few years.

Ryan was our sales person and knew what he was doing. He showed us around briefly but actually knew what I was looking for when he led us to our new furniture.

Sold! Our delivery date was a few weeks out, and they apologized for that, but we weren’t in a hurry so it was fine with us. The good news, they were ready to deliver 2 weeks earlier than expected! Awesome!

Once they were delivered, the crew was super professional. At once they noticed a damaged part on the recliner and they reported it to be fixed. (It was fixed about a week later and one would have never known it was damaged.)

They put everything together and we have enjoyed it tremendously for a few weeks now. I promised to review as I like to spread good news too!

So, after our experience at the Ashley Furniture in Sherman, Texas, I would advise anyone looking for good, quality furniture…head on over. You won’t be disappointed!

We loved Shannon. She was so knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. She was NOT a sales person but easy to talk to. We never felt like she was trying to sell us on something we didn’t need or even the most expensive item. We highly recommend anyone to see her for their needs at Ashley’s.

Cher was the representative who helped me. She greeted me when I arrived, asked if she could help me. I was looking for a specific area rug. She walked around the store showing me some options that met the description of what I told her I was looking for. The first rugs she showed me, were clearance rugs (greatly appreciated her efforts to save me money). She was super helpful, super friendly and not overbearing. After looking at numerous rugs, she suggested I walk around by myself to see if I find anything that I like. I’ll definitely return there for beautiful furnishings, low pressure sales and a rep that actually hears what you tell them in regards to wants/needs.

Brock really helped us out a lot. He went above and beyond to take time to explain things to my mother and then took his time with me over the phone as well as was patient with me while I drove in and then when I change my mind for something else, he was very patient and was happy to help me at the very last minute of the hour they were open he showed no frustration at all and he stayed with us throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the dedication and the sincere attitude he showed towards us because it was my very first time paying for my own furniture brand new not hand me down from anybody in my entire life and I’m a single mother of three kids. I’ve worked very hard to finally get here, and it felt amazing to be rated and treated with such respect. He made it a nice happy process for us.

Have you ever walked into a business and felt at home and that you walked in to a group of caring friends who honestly strive to do everything they can to help you? If you want that feeling then you HAVE to consider coming to this store! We got the honor of working closely with Shannon who I simply can't say enough good things about but she is amazing in everyday! Every person we encountered was so friendly and professional!!! I want everything furnished forever by this store, if they sold houses I'd buy that too!!!

I received wonderful, friendly customer care. When my bed was delivered the remote was missing. The remote was hand delivered the next day. I live a little over a hour drive from the store. Every single person I came in contact was extremely friendly and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Shout out to the delivery guys too! They were extra friendly as well and went out of their way to get my bed set up!! I will be a repeat customer for all my furniture needs.

Adam was very helpful. I appreciate that he asked what we were looking for, directed us to the area of the store, then allowed us to look. When we had questions, he was readily available with the answers. He then directed us to even better choices. I appreciate the manager also. He helped us decide on outdoor furniture by sharing hhis own experiences. I will definitely shop Ashley for anything else we need. And I will ask for Adam.

Shane at the Sherman store was great! He let us know he was there and would answer any questions we had. He let us shop, checking in with us periodically to explain about different fabrics and when we found all we wanted he worked to get us all fixed up. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.
