Always a great time at Arby's, the burger is not back even though signs are posted, which is why I went but nope so used a coupon and got a slider. However always a great establishment and great customer service

Food wasn’t the worst could have been a lot better service was completely trash first off. The shake machine was down. I used to work at Arby’s so I know exactly what’s wrong every night. We’d have to tear apart to clean it so that I wouldn’t do this so if someone who’s been tearing apart every night or they haven’t been at all doesn’t know how to tear it down and clean it properly which either way is upsetting so they gave me a drink and fries which I don’t feel still adds up to the same amount that I spent on a six dollar shake or whatever the price that they gave me to compensate my shake were cold then I got down the road went to go get my wife for mozzarella sticks. They didn’t even give me marinara sauce so I had to turn around and go back. Tell him to give me marinara sauce which I shouldn’t. Don’t think I have to tell them that it should automatic be in the bag when you order mozzarella sticks, and then go back and get yelled at because mozzarella sticks were by then horrible experience would not recommend the Hemet Arby’s to anybody unless I want them to have horrible experience then I would

Came in late afternoon. There was maybe 3 people in the restaurant 6 crew member, so it was very slow. I chose to dine in. Almost every table was dirty. I dine for maybe 30 minutes. Not a single member of the establishment came out to clean. I've done fast food before it takes 5 to 10 minutes to do a quick wipe. Especially during how slow it was at this restaurant during the visit. Plus i asked for curly fries and gave mostly crinkled cut at the bottom and covered it with curly fries.

I forgot to ask for the name of the man that served us, but he had some great customer service. I came in the drive thru tonight at about 6:50pm. The name on the receipt is Enrique. He was very sweet, made jokes with us, and was overall very enthusiastic.

Waited over 45 minutes for an order, and there’s nobody in the lobby or drive-through. Service here is extremely unprofessional, not to mention employees are arguing in front of customers. Don’t trust it. All the front employee was telling me is that they’re sorry that the kitchen is so slow. Inexcusable

Ordered smokehouse brisket, French dip, Mozzarella sticks. Paid $39 for a horrible meal...no dip in bag for french dip, brisket soggy and fell apart. They get a raise and we get food that isn't fit to eat. Cross them off the list!

Ordered the Classic Cheesesteak Meal. What I got was a pepper sandwich with steak condiment on a soggy wet roll. I wasn't a fan, to begin with, and I tried to give it a chance. I've had 3x better for a third of the price. This was what was left after attempting to remove the peppers.

I tried the fish sandwich and It is larger and better than the m.d. fish sandwich. I will buy it again before they stop selling it..
