I started using this company, which also has a sister company called Logo Design Valley back in March. The staff are very polite and initially return my calls and e-mails, but they quickly allowed me to fall through the cracks.
I had posted a good review back in July after being appeased when I became angry with them for changing their agent or not returning my emails up to 5 times.
I have been pushed and pulled, cajoled into writing a good review, appeased into their excuses that one agent had COVID and another was let go, and yet another had eye problems, I was so tired of it. In the end, I washed my hands of them, didn’t even demand a refund, and took part of the unfinished logo to a different company.

I am giving this review 2 stars because for what it’s worth, I did use the logo they came up with.
This is an honest review. If you plan to use this company, just be aware of what happened to me. I wish I would’ve gone to a different company and paid more. This started in March and today is October.
