I truly believe this is one of the most beautiful Apple Stores in California. I love the connection they have with nature, as there are trees inside the store. It’s amazing how Apple integrates nature into its ecosystem, making us feel like it’s a part of us. The store is spotless, the staff is very friendly, and the place itself is stunning. Additionally, there are nearby cafés and dining options where you can relax if you’re feeling tired. If you need to buy or try out an iPhone, I highly recommend this store because it’s absolutely worth it for both the service and the ambiance.

I shop here frequently, I am always greeted and helped right away. I try to come during the week if I can when it's not too busy, otherwise the weekends and holidays might be a bit of a wait. The technicians are knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. I have been to other apple stores and the service has not been the same. I recommend coming to this location to get professional and efficient customer service. There is plenty of parking in the structure and most shops validate.

Want to give a shout out to the staff here for awesome service! I came in super close to closing time and was greeted right away. Super big shoutout to my superhero Kajun who somehow revived my laptop from the depths of hell. Clearly man knows what he’s doing. I also want to mention Frank, who was super kind and helpful and checked in multiple times even while I was being helped by the tech. Apple, give these people a raise pls 🥹

This Apple store is simply magnificent. It has 16 natural trees growing inside. It has super high ceilings and a mirrored ceiling. There is always lots of people here but also lots of available employees. There are lots of devices on diaplay that you can try. They also give short talks on different Apple features. I recommend you to visit!

Guy in the cowboy hat is super rude and seemed bothered to be there standing around doing nothing, told me to leave when I approached, asked him to check on the status of my appointment because I was 10minutes early he seemed more interested in doing nothing and chatting with coworkers, women nevertheless another fabulous employee helped me out, checked me in and got me help I wish I got his name so I could give him a separate good review, nevertheless I would not recommend anyone approaching the rude cowboy 🤠 he doesn’t care about customer service at all, otherwise a great store I really enjoyed the presentation and tips given by the employees that truly love, care about apple products that are awesome 🤩
