After waiting over a week for an appointment, I arrived to find myself waiting an additional 45 minutes in-store before speaking with someone. The representative acknowledged the issue was on their end but offered no resolution. To make matters worse, the manager’s cocky and arrogant attitude only added to my displeasure. He even seemed to smirk while explaining that he wouldn’t make things right, which was dismissive and unprofessional. I was shocked when my barely one-year-old iPad Pro, originally purchased for almost $2,000, was only offered a trade-in value of $500. This experience has left me questioning Apple’s declining quality and policies. Based on this experience, I would caution against purchasing Apple products, as their customer service and trade-in policies have left me questioning their commitment to quality.

Was being helped with downloads which took 1.5 hours. My rep was gone for the day so I asked someone for assistance as it looked like it completed. Employee could care less when I asked for assistance. Still here hours later. Staff is just focused on getting through to the next queue customer. No one else would help.

The customer services here is very poor. When my family came in regarding an appointment we got dirty looks and told to go to the back not only that there’s a lot of employees that’s are just standing around. Only a few seem to be helping people

The guy that did help us seems like he knew what he was doing but was unable to solve my problem the guy who helped my husband was. Very knowledgeable

I gave my MacBook Air to the Apple La Encantada maintenance shop to repair it. They did not repair and moreover it looked like they took the old server because the screen now like white and use to be working but l couldn’t install apps. By the way, the technician told me that I have to take my Mac to a third party to replace the server. I wonder how that happened!

I recently purchased a $1,400 MacBook from Apple, which came with a $150 gift card as part of the promotion. However, the gift card has been completely unusable, and I’ve been unable to resolve the issue. When I visited the store today to seek assistance, I was refused service by the greeter. I explained that I’ve already called the 800 number without success, but instead of offering help or directing me to someone who could, the greeter simply stated, “I’m sorry, I can’t help you today.”

When I pressed further and expressed that this was unsatisfactory—given that Apple provided the promotional gift card—the greeter responded, “I will not help you. I don’t have to help you.” He even refused to provide his name.

This kind of dismissive and unprofessional service is unacceptable, especially from a company of Apple’s stature. It’s clear they’re no longer concerned about customer satisfaction once the sale is made. I am deeply disappointed and will not be dealing with this Apple store again in the future. #disgusted

I recently visited the store to check out the new Apple Vision Pro, To my surprise, instead of reserving a unit I was told that they were in stock and ready to go. I purchased a unit. The representative did an amazing and thorough job in explaining this brand new technology that many of us are still trying to digest. In the end personal vision problems kept me from truly realizing all the benefits and Incredible achievements that Apple has made in packing so much technology into a sleek and sexy new product. Although in the end the vision pro was not for me, the staff provided an easy no hassle return experience That speaks volumes to apples commitment to customer satisfaction and the endless pursuit of creating and developing technology that Transforms our lives as we know them. I believe we are early and apple has many more breakthroughs to deliver, in the meantime I am thankful for the staff at Encantada Apple store who are not only experts but understand that we are all individuals with different preferences and comfort zones. These guys are the best!

I went there on November 17th where I had a bad experience where I bought it. I went there to buy an iPhone 16 Pro Max and paid for the iPhone Pro, that is, I paid for the wrong iPhone due to the seller's error, so I went back to the store on the same day to pay for the Pro Max but the difference was 300 dollars more, with the difference being a maximum of 100 dollars. Where I saw that of these 300, 200 were from Apple Care where I had not requested the purchase. They returned the Apple care amount to my bank, but I don't know when I will receive the money, and I don't have a return date. Bad experience!

Always have a great experience here. It does get busy but it is the only Apple Store in town so that makes sense!
I never leave feeling like I wasn’t helped or like I didn’t get what I needed!
Everyone is super personable and super knowledgeable about the Apple products.
