I went to trade in my iPhone 10 for a brand new iPhone 16. The employees made the experience seamless. Everyone, especially Joel was very informative and helpful and answered every question I had. They helped me look at the pricing for the phones and how much it would cost after trading in my old phone. Also, they walked me through the process of transferring my data to the new phone, setting up the phone, and erasing my old phone’s data. Overall, the service and staff were great and very insightful. I thank them for their service and recommend this Apple Store.

The original tech at the genius bar couldn't fix my problem. They kept my macbook and still couldn't fix it. When I returned to pick it up, a different tech helped me and was able to resolve the issue in 40 minutes. It had nothing to do with the macbook other than how my husband had set up the VPN. Great service and willingness to help me problem solve.

I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience at the Apple Store. Despite calling the store multiple times throughout the week to collect my repaired device, I was unable to reach anyone on the phone. I subsequently contacted Apple support, who attempted to connect me to the store, but my call was repeatedly dropped. Therefore, I’m rating the store with one star due to the Lack customer service.

Wasted an hour of my time diagnosing my battery issue. Finally said they would order a new battery and contact me when I could come back for the replacement. Then they never contacted me. A month passed, my Apple care expired, I suspect that’s what they were waiting for anyway. Why replace my battery for free when they can just wait out the warranty and charge me for it?

Had a problem being locked out of phone. Password was 4 digits but phone kept asking for six digits. Was connected with service rep Kay who was patient, professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Stayed with us working diligently until she solved the problem. Kudos to APPLE and especially to Kay. Keep up the good work and THANK YOU.

If there was an option for less than one star, that still wouldn’t be low enough. I waited over an hour for an appointment I made in advance, only to be forgotten about. After check in, additional customers who had appointments and what appeared to be walks in customers got seen before me.
