The location is amazing, but each room is owned by someone else, so be aware. Stayed in 804 and definitely not worth the price. Broken balcony screens, balcony screens wouldn't even close because they were broken/off track. Can tell no one is keeping up. When I told the vrbo contact, they said they didn't know. Stool holding up night table with light in it. No warning so when we went to use the stool, the night table was coming off the wall. Super old towels. Expected way more for this price point. I won't stay in this 804 again and am looking over the reviews for the good ones, though, because the location is great

This year marks our third year of staying at the Apollo Condominiums. We love the fact that all units are beach/ water ⛱️ front with amazing views and sounds of the waves crashing on the shore. The added security of needing a key for not only the front door, elevator and the gate coming from the beach, lends an added sense of security. The covered and assigned parking is nice as you don't have to fight for a parking space. We'll definitely return again as we have fallen in love with Marco Island 🏝 and the fact that the Apollo Condominiums are beach ⛱️/water front is the icing on the cake 🎂.

It's a ten floors building located in a centric avenue, pretty close to the beach. It's an old building comparing with the others around, but it is very cozy and nice decorated. The apartments have a great view to the beach. There is a restaurant on the first floor named "Sunset Grill" from where you can see the sea and a beautiful sunset, probably the reason of what they called it that name. It also has a small gym, a pool and a spa. The building has it's own parking lot with security gate access.

Panoramic paradise views. Beautiful and well maintained building / condo. New updates and new improvements from last year. 🤩 sunsets ❤️. Direct beach access to powder soft sand! Fantastic restaurant on site with beach view. Great value all around. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Beautiful views from the balcony’s - the key for the door and elevator are a pain and the elevators are both unreliable which is unfortunate if you are on a high floor. Location of the complex is nice to watch the dolphins in the gulf and you could easily walk to restaurants.

Don't rent from Harborview and don't rent Unit 708, Apollo Condominium, Marco Island.

We rented unit 708, Apollo Condominium, Marco Island through Harborview Rentals that was subject to construction works with prolonged and excessive noise throughout the day regularly beyond 85 dBA a level that can cause hearing loss. The day after we arrived we contacted Harborview with our concerns. We received a response the following day to say they would look into it. We contacted again the following day and eventually received a lame reply a day later saying there was nothing they could do. We rang the same day to ask about options and we were eventually offered an inferior unit in a condo next door which was also subject to construction works. We obviously did not accept this offer especially given that we were never given any prior warning of the extent of the works (if we had known about these in advance we could have made alternative arrangements). It was implied that there would be no work over Memorial weekend however that is not the case and again on the Saturday of Memorial weekend we were subject to more deafening noise going on throughout the day and scheduled for more this coming Monday. The reason for the one star review is their appalling customer service. They do not return calls or texts and their approach is to fob you off and hope you go away without providing any resolution. As a business, it is easy to look good when nothing goes wrong but the true test is when an issue arises. In this regard, don’t expect Harborview to step up when something is not right. Their playbook is to string you along and hope you will go away without the need to solve your problem.

The response below from Harborview is misleading. We booked the unit last summer long before there was any mention of works and Harborview NEVER notified us of this before our arrival. In addition, the unit offered as an alternative was inferior to unit 708 Apollo Condominium. The alternative condo in the block next door to Apollo was dated, the block had no gym and, MOST IMPORTANTLY there was noisy construction work going on in the block next door which was what we were trying to avoid. Furthermore, we contacted the owner, a Mr Clinton Tracy Key, after over vacation. We initially sent a text and requested his email so we could provide feedback which he promptly provided. We then sent a detailed email attaching a video of the works and setting out our issues. We never received a reply from Mr Clinton Tracy Key despite following up on numerous occasions. I string recommend not tenting this unit or using Harborview. If something goes wrong they will simply do nothing and take your money without any recourse. While we were subject to excessive noise and dust, somebody else might have a different compliant be it better or worse but don’t expect any help from these people. Go somewhere else, anywhere else so that you avoid Harborview and Mr Clinton Tracy Key.

We love staying here! Perfect size condos for couples, on the beach with spectacular golf views and the Sunset Grill below that serves the best Mai Tais and Mango Daiquiris!! We will be back as many years as we can!!

The elevators were continually down and our Airbnb host and the Apollo staff were less than accommodating. Highly recommend somewhere else due to cleanliness and the type of crowd at the Apollo.
