Took my truck in to have a bolt replaced. I brought the bolt directly from (Freightliner velocity) for them to replace it. They took the truck in for immediate repair at 1123 hours. They finish my truck at1330hours. (3hrs) Not here to bouch bad on anyone all let you decide for your selves. I'll keep my comments and what I think about this to my self. 314 $

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to explain the issue with my truck and the steps they would take to fix it. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and at a fair price. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the shop. Bad experience wont be coming back and don’t recommend,After they replaced the exhaust manifold pipe charged me an crazy amount of labor money.started driving when one coolant hoses exploded and all the coolant was gone,the hose was definitely hit or dropped something on it by their ‘mechanics’When i called them they said will not come fix it for free ,it happened 10 miles away from shop...it costed me again a lot of money and time.Jimmy promised me a discount for next time and said he is not running away from customers which i doubt.I went the next time for an oil change he said he remembers me but did not mention anything and did not want to do any discount.

Definitely the best mechanic shop in town, been coming here for over a year for my services and will continue to do so. Tina the receptionist very helpful and very informative always with a great positive attitude. Another Mobile always has my truck running in tip top condition. Definitely recommend this shop for any truck services.

Let me just start by saying that you need to go and get your truck services done here. Mel and Jimmy have always helped me out with all the services my truck needs. Questions? Answered. More questions? More answers. They have patience to answer them all for me. They take the time to check on my truck and ensure everything is running the way is supposed. As a driver who drives 6 days a week, its something that I really appreciate. The rates are affordable and did I mention their service is great? Thanks again Mel and Jimmy for always helping small business owners like me feel safe on the road.

I had a wheel seal leaking in route to my drop off and had to pull on the shoulder of 215 north, smoke everywhere. Call this company and Ms. Tina was so helpful. She helped me find another safe location so I wouldn’t be a sitting duck on side of the interstate. She stood on the phone with me the whole time, so thoughtful of her. Technician came and escorted me to an empty Kmart parking lot and replaced the wheel seal in a timely fashion. I missed my delivery appointment, but she saved me so much money by not getting towed to a shop with a 5 day wait period to replace said wheel seal. So it’s 5 ⭐️‘s for the technician, but a big 10 ⭐️’s for Ms. Tina for be so helpful.

Had work done on my KW. Oil change and Bit inspection done pretty quickly actually, about 45mins once they started. Only took about 10 mins to have my truck brought in. Safe to say i was out within an hour. The shop manager Mel introduced me to the mechanic working on my truck and shortly after showed me to a drivers lounge that was exceptionally comfortable. They even provided snacks and beverages. I would ABSOLUTELY come back and would recommend this place to others. 10/10 5/5 solid work.
