Definitely not a 5 star resort - not by a long shot. I would say more like a 4 star on a good day. Unlike any 5 star I've stayed in, rooms are not cleaned daily (you have to ask for it like you would in lower tier hotels), no turn down service (a first for a 5 star), body wash/shampoo/conditioner pump bottles attached to the shoer wall (something you would see in a Holiday Inn or similar) and dirty rooms which are just poorly put together. Another thing that jumps out is how poor the fit and finish is of the interior of the building. It's as if no skilled tradespeople were involved in the finishes of the building. I was surprised to learn the building was recently built ; it feels like an old building that was haphazardly remodeled multiple times. Also things like not having drink menus, issues with towels running out by the pool and many other small issues are not something you would see in a 5 star resort. After we checked out, we stayed a few nights at the Breakers Resort (5 star resort) on Palm Beach and boy, what a difference (leadership/management of the Amrit should do the same and experience what a real 5 star resort is like). The good is the staff is really nice and they try hard. I think they are in a tough spot since the hotel seems to be way understaffed. Also, the in house Resturant TULA is top notch. Service is slow but good and the food was excellent. I'm pretty sure we ate all our meals at TULA during our stay. We had no reason to go off property for food, TULA was that good. Also, the beach is great. Overall, if you are looking for a 4 star like resort, Amrit should suffice (if the Amrit was in the 4 star category I would give them 5 stars).

Amrit Ocean Resort is an absolute paradise! From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with top-notch service, breathtaking ocean views, and a luxurious atmosphere that makes you feel completely relaxed. The rooms are beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and offer stunning views of the water.

The wellness amenities are second to none—everything from the spa treatments to the yoga and meditation sessions are designed to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. The dining experience is also exceptional, with fresh, flavorful dishes that cater to all tastes.

If you’re looking for the perfect escape to unwind and recharge, Amrit Ocean Resort is the place to be. I can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return!

Wonderful hotel and staff members. Front desk staff was hospitable courteous and informative. The restaurant staff was eager to assist and food was amazing. The banquets staff attentiveness and service was top notch. The beach was well kept and the attendants was around for help with chair set ups and cocktails. Week of March 6-10 stay, attending a anniversary event. This is place is a true gem!

My partner and I were seriously needing a break, and Amrit Ocean Resort totally delivered. We wanted something chill, but also a little special, and that's exactly what we got.

The spa? Oh my gosh, amazing. We did a couples' massage, and it was seriously the most relaxed we've been in ages. Plus, hanging out in the hydrotherapy area was super fun. We basically floated our stress away.

We spent a ton of time just chilling on the beach, which is right there, so that was perfect. The food was really good too—fresh and healthy, but still tasty. We had a really nice dinner at Tulā, the restaurant by the water, and it was super romantic.

Basically, if you're looking for a place to unwind with your partner, Amrit is it. We left feeling totally refreshed and way more connected. Definitely recommend it!

Kimber is the best hairstylist/colorist I’ve ever worked with. If you’re looking to get your hair done and you’re not sure if she’s going to meet your expectations think again. She can do anything and knows exactly what she’s doing! 10/10 best experience and worth every penny. I’m considering flying to Florida multiple times a year just for her expertise!! Not to mention great personality and easy to get along with!

I was at the Amrit assisting with a conference. All of the staff I encountered were incredibly helpful. As it is a newer hotel a lot of the staff are new. If I asked a question and they were not sure they would go find out and come to tell me. Everyone seemed to take their job very seriously. The GM even gave me his number in case I needed some assistance, which I did and he helped right away. Even the valet attendants were so helpful and nice. The food was delicious. The hotel looked beautiful and the pool deck made me want to go there for vacation !

Location is amazing and resort is beautiful but this place is unfortunately missing the mark on service, food, and beverage. Our best service was the beach through a third party vendor. They are needing poolside/beach side service and the restaurant is needing to up their game. Also - if you stay you have to pay an additional resort pass for the sauna and steam room. Other than that a beautiful stay and hopefully with some more time they’ll get it together.
