We had so much fun!! We definitely underestimated the amount of movement we were going to put into it though. The levels were very entertaining and challenging. We have also tried 2 of their escape rooms (asylum and the shack) with our kids (9yrs - 16yrs). Our youngest refused to go into asylum because it's the SCARIEST room, with actors. Pia (staff) is amazing! She then allowed half the group into another room the shack. We didn't escape, however they give retrys at 50% off 👀. We are definitely planning our next visit.

My family and I did the Pandemic escape room, it was our first time doing an escape room and we were super scared when we saw the solve rate was under 20%, but the staff were super helpful and didn't nitpick on everything. Our room has a slight door issue, but the worker was super cool about it and just told us that he was going to add some extra time to the end and even though I think we went a little over the added time they let us finish and didn't take away the satisfaction of completing it. The overall experience was super fun and the room itself was very challenging and made you think. Loved it!!!!!

We had THE BEST TIME! From the warm welcome when we walked in, to the helpful staff, to the details in the escape room this was an A+ experience. Not only did we get to enjoy the escape room but we got to try a new game called active feet. It was a workout but so much fun!

It’s refreshing to go to a business and see the owners enjoy what they do. We will absolutely be back! If you are in the Carrollwood area THIS IS THE PLACE 100%

We are a family group of escape game enthusiasts—having done hundreds of them internationally. We came in to try the caretaker today while visiting Tampa. We loved it. Anthony was our game master. He was very friendly, efficient, and a great game master. The room was a ton if fun—scoring more than 85% on our family-developed rating for 1) good functionality (things worked well); 2) nice immersion and decor (with many rooms); 3) great puzzle logic; 4) a variety of puzzles with a cool mix of technology; 4) a hint system with sufficient hints and great game master; and extra points for the YAY factor and how much fun we had! We will try to come back tomorrow for more fun before heading back home. Well done design team and staff!!!

Every twist and turn had us second-guessing ourselves, yet the solutions were always just within reach if we worked together. The atmosphere was spot on—just eerie enough to make your skin crawl but immersive enough that you never wanted to leave (even if your heart was racing).

What really set this place apart, though, was the way we were accommodated. The staff? Incredible. Engaging, welcoming, and clearly passionate about crafting top-tier experiences. They made sure our adventure was smooth, exciting, and—most importantly—fun.

If you're an escape room enthusiast, this is a must-visit. If you're a first-timer, prepare to be hooked. This isn't just an escape room—it's a journey, a challenge, and an experience you'll be talking about long after you make your escape.

Two of us completed the Asylum and the Shack. We had a terrific time and can't wait to go back. Joshua and a second game master (didn't catch her name) were so attentive and terrific at answering questions quickly, meaning they must have been paying close attention!

We were also super impressed with the rooms and puzzles. The set-up was very realistic and detailed, so much so, it was easy to forget that it wasn't real... which is why the Asylum nearly sent us crazy, ourselves! The puzzles are great for enthusiasts, but a beginner willing to ask for clues can also have as good a time, even if you don't make it out. And truly unique from what we've seen, they have a half-priced redo option for people who don't get more than 70% through!
