I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Mrs. Dana Panichella after being thoroughly disappointed with another local agent. I was referred to her by a friend that raved about how she was the best!
I called her and she met with me right away. She asked what I was looking for and within a day she had some listings to show me. I did not chose any of them. So, she looked some more. She did not get upset about it but she did learn a lot more about me. I put in offers that were rejected and yet and still she kept on looking. I asked her to take me to properties I am sure she knew wasn't the right one for me but she never batted an eyelash. About a month into our quest for the perfect home for me she called and said girl, I've got one to show you. It was not where I wanted to be looking... I thought. I went and instantly fell in love! It was the PERFECT house for me! I am officially closing Monday after less than 2 months of starting my journey! She held my hand through everything and went above and beyond to help me find my forever home! Thanks Dana, You really are theBEST!!!
