I have been on my Ceramic Custom Poker Chips journey for around 4 years now. . . I have dealt with just about every Poker Chips Company and Retailer that you could probably name, from Poker Chip Lounge, BR Pro Poker, Custom Made Casino, Mandychips, Straight Poker and many more. . .

Working with American Gaming Supply was probably the worst experience that I've had with Poker Chip Companies because Rafael could not seem to understand the simple, basic instructions that I gave him about my Design ideas. . . He also told me they would not take the $800+ that he had me put on hold, but they charged my Credit Card anyway.

Long story short, I ended up purchasing my Crystal Glass Dealer Buttons from Poker Chip Lounge and all of my Ceramic Custom Poker Chips/Plaques & Dealer Buttons from Sunfly Casino Equipment and they are the absolute BEST in each and every category. . . In the future, I plan to ONLY purchase my future Poker Chips/Plaques/Dealer Buttons from Sunfly and them only. . . Thank you, Jeff.

Ordered my Jeep wheel cover (Michigan block “M”) the size chart was spot on, it fits perfectly. The timeframe from ordering and receiving was not long at all. I had an order that wasn't right, my new felt didn't match color, thickness, or feel of the previous order of the exact same material. I tried to get it resolved, and customer service was able to find the same material I previously purchased (why they got the second star) but customer service couldn't discount the material enough to cover shipping cost or give me free shipping for the issues. It was less than $20 in material, if customer service cant give free shipping for a very small order how can I expect them to take care of me with a big order? (bigger orders were a possibility) for this reason I am no longer a customer.

Absolutely do not buy anything from this business. I ordered a $1500 couch which was manufactured in Mexico. It showed up and was delivered by XPO LOGISTICS. They left my couch in the middle of the driveway by the street for anyone with a pickup truck to come by and take. Upon opening the couch I discovered a defective zipper for one of the logo panels which won't allow the zipper to zip down past halfway because the zipper seam was sewn in too tight. American gaming supply is horribly slow at responding to emails. Upon responding to mine they stated that I must donate the couch to charity and provide a donation receipt before they'd get the manufacturer to start making a replacement couch. Unfortunately I'm a disabled veteran so loading up a couch in is a problem for me nowadays. So I would strongly urge anyone to find another gaming supply company to buy from because not only are their products junk, so is their customer service as well as their level of care in shipping expensive merchandise to paying customers. AVOID.

Terrible experience. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was very frustrating. I purchased monte carlo poker chips from this company despite the very high shipping price because I thought they would be good quality chips. They arrived with half opened chip wrapping and chips all over the box. These are also made in China and not of good quality. Then I called back to return twice with no answer then finally got ahold of someone. Then was told they couldn't be returned because they were opened despite the 30 day warranty.
