Online buyer beware!!! Be prepared to wait a long time to get your cards. This company has a hidden policy to redirect all online orders to their Tucson branch and then wait till the end of the next week to ship.

I purchased 3 cards that were hard to find in the valley based off the companies reputation they've earned at their Glendale branch (amazing staff and store by the way will continue to go there.) Here we are over a week later and I still do not have them. This is frustrating as the location I ordered them from is only a 40 minute drive! It should not have taken over a week to ship except for the above mentioned policy.

I reached out to their online support as every store I called could not help me. My only response was a short reply with screenshot of a tiny url that pops up near the top of the page when make a purchase explaining their policies could have been read if I followed the link.

Any respectable business shouldn't hide behind fine print like that. If there is going to be a delay on the order shipping it should be stated up front so the customer can plan accordingly.

In my 9-5 life I am a warehouse sales/operations manager and shipping and receiving is my daily bread. This would have been unacceptable to not properly notify the customer of the expected lead time.

All I asked for was my shipping costs back. Got a rude response and no resolution.

Will never buy cards from them again unless an employee can hand it to me in person. Fool me once and all that...

This was my first time at this store and the process to buy singles was particularly confusing to me. The customer service wasn’t bad but when asking an employee how to buy cards I was met with an attitude which I did not appreciate. This does not go for every employee there in fact most of them were very chill and felt approachable. Another thing I didn’t enjoy was how unsanitary the computers there felt. I can understand it may be a hassle to sanitize the computers after every use but at least take some time every once in a while to clean the keyboards and mouses. Apart from that, the cards I purchased were great and are in my collection as of now.

Fantastic store with wonderful customer service. I don't really game in store much but this is a good location when I do. Just download the MTG companion app, get the play code they provide, log in and there's no charge. They have a great online system for ordering cards from multiple location for pick up in Tucson or other Phoenix valley locations. My only complaint is that their MTG boosters (my game of choice) are a few dollars more than other local game shops. But, you can't beat them for their customer service and online single card selection.

I was looking for Pokemon Surging Sparks packs. The store did not have any loose packs but did have the Pikachu Collectors chest which contains 2 of those packs. The guy was really helpful and picked me a good chest. I opened it when I got home and pulled a Terapagos SIR from the Stellar Crown packs in the chest which is the rarest card in the set. Happy to say I was beyond satisfied with my purchase. Thank you!

The store seems to always allow players with really poor sportsmanship and bad attitudes to do whatever they feel like. Staff doesn't seem to also care when it's brought to their attention saying " yea they are just like that" With that and their inflated prices really makes it seem all they care about is money and not the TCG community.

One of the best places to buy and sell MTG's. Lots of space for events, and events are very populated if you come at the right times. Would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the terrible odor the fills the entire building. I don't know whether its due to bad quality filters, or just not cleaning the place often, or the odor of the clientele, but the smell is one of the things stopping me from attending often.

Last time I gave a 5 star review, today I only give one due to the horrible customer service! My kids went in this afternoon, nobody acknowledged them,my son always spends well over $100 on cards when he goes in there, he was standing at the counter NOBODY acknowledged him nor offered to show him anything. As others were entering they employees interacted with THEM, idk if it's the skin color,but I always saw this as a diverse establishment. Unfortunately had to come to Park Place to the Toy Temple store and purchase a deck.
