Today, I went after receiving an invoice that today would be my last day either pay it or pay interest. I was prepared to pay my $68 interest for another 4 months and knew that I would pay $13.50 penalty for not being there within the 10 days. Now because I was there 1 day over they were charging me $68 interest twice plus the $13.50 on top of that and if i didn’t the invoice and additional $10. I was really upset charging me all that money. Girls in the front were talking back and the owner came out taking loud at me didn’t allow me to talk and explain myself. He said if he wanted to he would keep my gold. I told him go ahead keep it you must need it more than me! Don’t go there their service sucks and don’t care about anyone but ripping off people. I told one of the girls you know they are rip off and stand for them and she said I need to protect my job!

I happen to pawn a undamaged ring and when I went back to take my ring out of pawn they returned with a crack on the back of ring the employees refused to acknowledge that it had a crack on the ring never deal with this business avoid scammers and be aware.
