My daughter was unsure at first as we showed up and it was a small group (she was the only girl). But the staff jumped in and played with them and she says she wants to have this for her birthday in February. It was fun to try something new.

Altered Combat gave us an amazing experience!

Communication: excellent! He was both professional and personal. He was prompt to answer or return correspondence whether that was a text or phone call.

Service: incredible! He drove out to Prescott to accommodate a large event we held for a group of roughly 60 people (adults and teens). We needed a few adjustments with running games in order to accommodate for the number of people we had with us, and he was very supportive and helpful in setting us up for an efficient night of swapping players in and out in between games.

Price: great value and worth every dollar spent!

Overall experience: 10/10, would highly recommend. We plan on giving him more business in the near future!

“Best birthday ever” per the birthday boy. Jerry was super responsive during the planning period. He was on time, set up and ready to go when the kids arrived. He coordinated games for 2 hours and kept 24 active boys happy running around while the adults chatted. Also slightly cheaper than the other similar group we looked at. He came out to gilbert and we were able to easily rent a park field (they were fine with a nerf party.) Recommend!

All communication with Altered combat was great. The process of booking was great. The follow through leading up to our event was great. The event we had was in Prescott and Jerry did a great job arriving early, setting up, communicating clear instructions for our participants, and making the event happen. Everything was a great experience! Thanks Altered combat. We look forward to hosting another event soon.

This was a great older teen party idea we were so lucky to have gotten! The crew from Altered Combat was amazing! Professional, fun, and friendly, but with safety always in mind, they created a wonderful birthday event. Given the heat concern, they offered us a night time game play. Laser Tag with a gamer twist. Deluxe party package - complete with the pop up tents and sound effects were fantastic for the gamer heart and spirit. Photos attached show a park setup to start shortly before sunset. Then night mode started with sundown - giving even a more realistic photo op of a command camp. Due to a surprise notification about sprinklers going on, the Altered Combat crew quickly tore down the set and reset seamlessly and with great flexibility over to drylands (aka playground area) where the boys continued their play with even more excitement. Command Center was where the boys could see their team and individual results. Boys had a blast! THANK YOU for an awesome experience. PS the gamer father also had a fun time running around with the teens and survived! TOTAL A+ RECOMMEND!

Altered Combat hosted my sons 7th birthday and it was a parents dream! The party goers had the time of their life and the Altered Combat staff did all the heavy lifting/entertaining. With COVID concerns, it’s the perfect solution to an outside party. 100% would recommend!!!

This is NOT your regular laser tag experience. The hosts are amazing and really made sure every participant had fun. We had Altered Combat for my son's 12th birthday party and had eight kids play. Every single one of them had such an amazing time. We had two that were unsure they wanted to play at the beginning, but by the end they said it was the most fun they had at a party.

We got the standard package and played specific games that all the kids knew from their video games. My kids loved capture flag particularly, and they all enjoyed getting to see their stats afterwards. All of the technology and equipment involved was impressive, but having great hosts who knew their audience really made the game.

I highly recommend Altered Combat if you are looking for a fantastic event! The kids really felt like they were "in" one of their games. By end of the party, we had smiling and exhausted kids! Is there anything better?
