Long periods of time in-between visits/appointments/testing. If I could give a negative star I would. My son saw Al-Rifai for about a year. Was told he tests didn't show seizures, but sleep apnea instead. Four days after the diagnosis my 12 year old son passed in his sleep. Autopsy came back that he died due to a tonic colonic seizure (what use to be called a grand-mal). This was almost 3 years ago and yes we were coming out of covid so I can see the great distance between appointments due to the office needing to catch up. My advice to you- GET OUT OF GRAYSON COUNTY FOR YOUR CHILD'S NEUROLOGICAL CARE. My son would still probably be here had we done so.

We have seen him once. See his assistant all other times. Many appointments are 3 minutes tops. Difficult to get a hold of, phone system is designed to discourage contact.

Dr. Al-Rifai has **HANDS DOWN** the BEST bedside manner. My husband and I hated being in the situation we were in but we are so glad we got to work with him. He was direct about what to expect and what we needed to pay attention to when my daughter was suffering from seizures. He was supportive, and took the time to answer any questions we had. He was clear about his intentions, and the game plan on working with my kiddo. We cannot say enough about how well we all were treated and how thankful we are that he wanted to take on my daughter's case.

I love this office. My daughter has been going to Dr. al-Rifai for at least 5 years. He has answered so many questions pertaining to her health. I'm so happy he is her doctor

Excellent staff and all lab work and testing near by, no trips to Dallas. Dr Al is awesome with kids and parents. I completely trust and understand everything he tells us. He is very knowledgeable and years of experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great Clinic, the staff are extremely nice, lobby area is always clean and spacious, enough chairs to have social distancing. Everyone always have a smile.Dr. Mohamad is the best been taking my daughter for couple years now. He answers all my concerns, gives greatful information. Always in top of things. Make sure before you leave that all your questions are answer. He been and still is one of the great Drs. Out their that care about his patients.

Dr. Al-Rigai is a wonderful dr., he explains things, listens to you, has lots of patience. I have been seeing him for my grandson for about 7 years we even moved but I drive almost 2 hours to see him. They do however have teli-visit which is awesome.

He is so Awesome with my daughter! He treats her as if she was his own kid. He takes the time to ask questions, listens to our concerns, and truly cares about how she is feeling and doing.
