Horrible experience. I called in and talked to Roxanna, talked to a fake David, and also talked to Ivan, who has personally threatened me. This simple call was shared during class at Cosumnes River. Question was asked about which is better out of All Data & Mitchell's. Majority like Mitchell's becuase it's what we are subscribed to at the Auto shop class. One student was trying to pay a bill while several other students overheard him getting upset on a call during class hours. Gathered, several students recorded this horrible conversations with All Data employees each not willing to take a payment or transfer a call to a supervisor. As entertaining and hilarious this was, hands down All Data should not be recommended for professional shops. If you are a shop owner, please refrain from this company as there are not just 1 but a few illiterate employees that simply can't take a payment. These recordings of calls can be head at Amt321 or in the shop Lab at CRC. From a mailing list, these conversations are going viral for locals to be aware of dealing incompetent employees of All Data. I will find a way to leave these videos online and will update full conversations of what to avoid as a Shop. It's not worth the frustration when the company you deal with is stubborn themselves.

Very disrespectful reps. they over charge you and never refund the money and then you can't get out of it for a one year contract. Terrible software in the first place and they laugh in your face and hang up once you ask for support

Attention :all Shop owners and facilities that teach Auto Shop. Please don't use these people. All Data is a scam. When it comes to subscriptions, they will sell you. But when you part away from their service, they will give you a discriminative service and becuase people have your address and account t , they will sell your information to their friends off your subscription. Then they will co tinge billing under your shop account becuase you can't do nothing about it until it falls into collections. Fraud Data. Please inform all known schools and state authorities of their practices.

First off the software alldata offers the professional service industry is good software. However it is the people in charge of the software that I give a 1 star rating. Alldata has made it very clear after doing business with them since 2004, they could careless about the software or the end user experience. The Manage Online program has the potential to be AMAZING, alldata refuses to make the changes needed to reach that level. The repair information and labor catalog again have the ability to be AMAZING yet again they hold it back by not making the changes necessary to achieve greatness. Their servers are continuously down and that stops the work flow for their end users, do they fix it? NOPE, they carless..

worst company ever, did not sign a contract and now they are telling me I have one. I will not recommend this to anyone by the way do not get their data scanning tool its pure garbage works about 50% of the time. not compatible with most cars.
