Cannot recommend highly enough. Perry, the store owner, is possessed of impressive product and performance knowledge, and patience. Equipment prices are essentially the same as online or a big box store (I shopped around a lot before literally stumbling over this storefront). The difference here will be in the quality of the personalized stringing that can’t be matched by the other sources. Also, I will never buy shoes elsewhere again. I scored a pair of the newest ASICS for 60% of the outlet mall price! Wanna feel like the big guys? This is the place to go for truly personalized service.

From the moment I called, Perry was extremely respectful and more helpful than you will find anywhere else. On the phone, he told me that they don't have the specific shoe I was looking for (5 other stores didn't have them either). Upon arrival, I was greeted promptly while Perry was helping another customer. When I told him what I was looking for in a shoe, he made a couple recommendations and I fell in love with the Babolat Jet Tere 2, the moment I put them on. To top it all off, he matched the lowest online price without me asking. I will only go back to All Tennis for my future tennis needs.

These people are the greatest. My wife and I just bought tennis rackets and they were a great help. Jamie strung up the rackets for us and she was great. Really good experience.

If I could give 0 stars to the All Tennis and the sales person who assisted me, I would. That person wanted to sell me a used tennis racket as if it were new and repeatedly I told him that the tennis racket was used but according to him it was brand new. The store really needs to consider hiring better sales personnel.

A guy named Perry was extremely condescending and rude with me. I learned later that he is the owner which I find hard to believe, you cannot treat customers that way and expect success in business and life. Limited selection and hefty prices.
