Great experience here! They were the only place I could find that would do the special repair I needed, so I was nervous about the odds of a good outcome. But it seems they really do have good reviews for a reason - they really did a good job.

The employees provided clear info about the process, were clear about the pricing, and provided helpful service. They always answered my questions when I called for updates. The first part was defective, and they gladly reordered immediately, at no extra cost to me. Second part was great, and the repair worked perfectly. It was a long process in my case, but they were great the whole way through.

I would definitely return if I needed another such repair, and based on this experience I would recommend this place for mobile device repairs!

Great place. Very knowledgeable about all electronics, phones, and tablets. They show you what part needed to be repaired. Fast service on most problems. They replaced the charing port on my iPhone, and I returned in two hours to pick it up. This is now my go to place for any electronic repairs

Jake was really knowledgeable and fixed my water damaged iPhone within an hour. Fast and friendly, saved me almost $600 from what I would have had to pay through my carrier. The experience at this establishment is nothing short of fantastic! My wife even said they saved her life! Jake Cirelli was who we worked with and he gave exceptional service. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone! Everyone should feel this good at the end of a business transaction! Not to mention they are pretty cheap!!! These guys are AWESOME! I went to 2 different batteries plus only to find no one available or a 5 hour wait! All Mobile Matters changed my battery right away and charged it while I shopped. Their excellent customer service didn't cost extra. I will definitely return for any future mobile needs.

My iPhone 8 was cracked and the led screen also. I booked my appointment online and I quickly got a call from Jake to confirmed the appointment and told me exactly where to find them. In less than an hour he had my phone ready. & he gave me a good price on my screen protector and case. Thank you!

Richardo helped me out at the store at Tucson Mall, and the service was great. He not only explained the different was in which I can protect my phone, but he also put a glass shield on my phone. It includes a warranty, so if it ever cracks, I'll only have to pay $5 to replace it! Richardo was professional and quick, and I am more than satisfied with the service and with my new screen protector. I'll definitely go back and I recommend All Mobile Matters to anyone who needs their phone repaired!
