The baseline is this. Everyone wants to work with an agent that will represent your best interests, not theirs. An agent that pays attention to the details so you don’t have to. Ali has connections and had amazing photos taken within one day of me signing the listing agreement. She had great recommendations on how to prepare the home and she is an astute marketer. When you’re thinking about hiring an agent, do yourself a favor and do a few Google searches to see if you can locate all the ways they are marketing the properties they have for sale. It took one second to find Ali’s business social channels, her own websites, her MLS listings (of course), and an overall online footprint. When Ali says she can market your home, it’s the truth. I’ve worked with agents that make big promises but that ultimately don’t put in the work to really nurture all of the marketing channels needed to be successful in the marketplace. Ali puts in the work, she knows the comps (and not just the prices, but what are the real competition points you’re up against).

I’ll end by saying that there are plenty of folks out there willing to give your listing a try. Ali will actually sell it for all the reasons above. I’ve done more than my fair share of real estate transactions in my 50+ years and Ali takes first place when it comes to know how and results.
