This place is awesome! Especially if you are a true OG gamer. The retro arcade is sooo cool! The staff was soooo friendly and nice! I do wish they had like small cooked snacks like even just fries and hotdogs or something(they only have bags of chips and candy) but we just ordered Westside instead so it was no big deal!

I brought ~20 of my friends aged 20-25 and we had the best time ever. The Gel Blasters are absurdly fun, way better than we expected! The staff were very nice and accommodating, and seemed excited to have us there. I could not recommend the place more!!!

Such a fun place to bring your kids for an hour or two or have an awesome party! It's only our second time here but I feel like we've already become regulars. Very friendly staff and the whole setup is very well done.

Pretty frustrated. After paying 391$ for a birthday party I didn't even get a confirmation and had to reach out the the business. They had the time wrong but confirmed everything and said they would change the time and then follow up before the birthday party with rest of information for the party. Well 2 days before I realized I had no email so I again had to reach out to the business. To again get 100% confirmation of time and place of party and what's included and what's not. Fast forward to today (day of party) and they all have no clue what's going on and why he is there for his scheduled party. The first guy tried to tell me I had the wrong date. Then when I confirmed that he tried to say I didn't pay. Which again, all confirmed. So I had to call a separate person who then gave me the owners phone number (or who I assume is the owner ) for him to literally try to take no accountability and say it was just a coincidence. To which he offered to buy 3 pizzas and some drinks for all the kids. Literally double booked a birthday and my kid is the one who suffers? I've literally had better experiences at so many other places, some even cheaper. This was so disappointing and disorganized and we will not be returning for further patronage. Everybody better keep detailed records if they book/pay for anything here.

Edit: while I am still very frustrated that my kid had to stand around and wait for 1 1/2 they did finally get his party started amd offered to refund half the cost. So as long as they follow through we could consider utilizing services again.

We had such an amazing time at Aim & Game tonight for my son’s 10th birthday party!
Thank you to the awesome staff for making it such a wonderful experience for all. Everyone had a BLAST! It is a lot dealing with wild, crazy boys running around - but you handled it like champs! Thank you so much and we can’t wait to go back 😁
