Dorothy is very rude and lacks compassion. Don’t work at a job where you have to deal with people in need and cannot be empathetic or helpful in the slightest. The only information she could provide is that the process could take 4-6 weeks. Waiting 4-6 weeks is not helpful to someone who needs immediate assistance. Needing assistance isn’t something that is planned, especially not 4-6 weeks in advance.

My initial review was before I spoke with the amazing people that assisted me with my application. It’s really who you speak to that makes all the difference. Cheryl, the case manager who assisted me (sorry I forgot your name), and the lady who I originally spoke with were all so helpful and reassuring! They are working on multiple applications but they definitely will help you. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I really appreciate the help!

You are almost never able to get the online application to come up. The other issue when or if you are able to get your online application to come up, they don’t get back to you until weeks later after the electric is already turned off.

Got a call from Mrs.Cheryll who informed me I had nothing to worry about and
did a great job explaining the payment would be sent and how they usually send their payments and that I had nothing to worry about regarding my electricity- that it would not get disconnected and the payment would be received by March 31st so I think I'll be fine and I thank alpi and her so much for the information..great job.

Lady told us this morning it takes between 4 and 6 weeks for assistance. How does this supposed to help anyone. I think they are not being honest and leading people in need on a false journey

There seems to be no one who will answer their main phone number, and the message keeps repeating over and over. The online application doesn't seem to work either, as it shows the allotment of applications has already been given out for the day and to try again the next day. UPDATE: When finally reaching someone they didn't know what time of the morning to try the online application but hinted to try earlier than the time posted on the website. And sure enough I called very early and finally did the online application, although I think I read they would verify completing the application by contacting the client within a day or two, but I haven't heard back from anyone, but did get a number that verified I did apply during the online application process. The good news is that they do respond to Google reviews which is helpful.

I made an application online and submitted all my paperwork and got denied because of all of the documents i sent it in order I forgot the social security card. Now I need to do a whole new application and I have trying to do that for over 1. Week and no luck online seems like the application tab is never working. I go online at 8:30am and no luck i go online before 8;30am and still no luck. You call this office and get a recording to go online and submit the application and it doesn’twork. I have an emergency i want to know if they can help.

I call and no one answers. When someone finally answered, they were very rude. I have sent all the information they asked for. They claim they needed additional information and sent back my application. I never received the returned application. I filled out a second one but still no replies back to me. You can't do it online. I have sold almost everything I own to keep my lights on but I'm out of time. Thanks.
