I brought a PC in for service... A bunch of extra fees that weren't disclosed upfront were added while the system was in the shop.. I corresponded over phone and voicemails for weeks as well as physically going into the shop a handful of times, not once was it mentioned to me that they were tacking on additional cost beyond what I initially paid. So at pickup when they quoted me the increased price I brought all of this to their attention, they simply hung on to the idea that I would've been told at the time despite me standing there in-front of them telling the guy I was not informed of the additional cost at all therefore taking away my ability to accept or decline the extra paid service.

Not sure what happened to my "OneDrive" but it had gone rogue, was changing the names of files, wouldn't let me save anything to my PC and I was going nuts trying to figure it all out. Finally decided to let someone else manage it and SO glad I did. My computer is back to normal! OneDrive is history, and I am thankful!! Great job!

I took my PC here for testing & diagnostic... they preformed other services outside the testing that I didn't ask for, that they didn't inform me they were going to do and then later held me responsible for paying for it, even though I never asked them to do it

Would recommend. The Geeks were in fact affordable! But seriously, they charged me $60 for a service another computer shop quoted at $250. I requested some files be moved from an old failing computer to a hard drive, and the first time the wrong files were moved... probably just a communication issue, so maybe better notes? However, there were a lot of files in different places so I understand it happens. I came back to have the issue resolved and I met the owner, Mark. He was fantastic and he began correcting the issue himself immediately. They called the moment it was done. Mark was very kind and so was his staff, Jarren was great and very helpful. They spent time helping me figure out how to navigate the hard drive. Lord willing, I will have no more computer issues but if I do I am likely to return.
