What you saw was literally her purse! She never picked up a bracelet. Nobody got angry. Just put my things down because I’m not gonna give my business to someone who follows around people of color. And it’s not your business what’s in her purse. She told you she didn’t take anything. I don’t care if you’re tired of being ripped off or not!!! That don’t give you the right to follow her around and accuse. Don’t you have cameras? Maybe you should have checked those instead of accusing someone of being a thief in front of everyone! Absolutely unprofessional!!

I went in and needed some larger sizes than what I was seeing out, and to my surprise the nicest young lady named Kim went over and above to help me. I was so pleased, I went back in today to buy some more things, and actually drove all the way back to this store because of Kim. What an asset Trust me when I say, she is not only helpful but sweet and fun.

If you are a person of color, DO NOT give this company your business! My biracial daughter was followed from the time we entered. As I am standing there with $100 worth of merchandise to purchase, the owner asked my 19 year old daughter to open her purse. Accused her of stealing a bracelet she never even picked up! This was embarrassing and humiliating to her. She has a very good job and works extremely hard for her money. She could have purchased anything she wanted in that store. She is a very classy looking young lady! If theses owners are scared of people of color entering their establishment, they are in business in the wrong town!

visited this site on vacation last week and was absolutely appalled at the service. pretty sure the older woman there was the owner and asked about sizes which she went and got me a size i needed. another shirt i needed a size and then proceeded to be rude and walked away. her demeanor was appalling and once being rang up a woman infront of me checking out was purchasing a tote bag. the owner asked if she wanted a bag for it, where the customer replied yes and she rolled her eyes and said “we’ll do the best we can..”

if i didn’t want the shirt that i had purchased so bad i wouldn’t have gotten it.. when we visit for vacation as well as anyone in my family/friend group again i will inform them this is not the place to spend their hard earned money to a woman who disrespects customers and other employees. i use to work for a boutique owner that sold similar items as this store does and she acted the same way. do NOT shop here. you can find better items and boutiques who genuinely care about people as human beings instead of just dollar signs.

Great little store. Owner has terrible customer service!! I was there on vacation and asked about having a hat customized. All the ladies there said yes it could be done and it could be finished before I left PCB. Did not hear from them for 2 days so I called to check on it. It was not started. My last day in PCB, just few hours before I fly back home, I went to the store. They said its almost done give us an hour. I did not have an hour to spare so we agreed, after talking to the owner herself, to have it mailed. 1 week after being home, no hat. I called, the owner says she just finished it that day and mail had just picked it up. 6 days later (today) no hat, no email for tracking, nothing! Great stuff in the store, just make sure you get your stuff before leaving the store if it's customized.

I love this shop, the people who run it are so helpful and I love the selection of shirts and apparel. This store brings out my inner girlie girl and I love it. They make great custom stickers and monograming! I cannot wait to visit next year. Thanks for my awesome Mama Bear sticker!
