I am giving one star, because one of their drivers if very unsafe. I had my bliker on to change lands with ample space. The driver several times refused to let me in and woud speed up and cut me off. There were passingers in the van. If was a very unsafe situation and I caught it on camera and made a formal complaint. I pray for the safety of the these riders who depend on this service.

I wish the state of California contracted this service elsewhere. Access Transit is absolutely horrible and it's unsafe. The only good thing about Access is free public transportation. The rideshares are horrible. I've been stuck in Access vehicles for 3 hours before being dropped off. The people assigning these rides are idiots. Many of the drivers are rude and drive in dangerous ways. They're often times late in picking you up. Access Transit offers horrible services.

I want to acknowledge the politeness and professionalism that Ms Nakeisha shown to me when I called and reserved a ride to West LA from Long Beach.

She was very informative and helpful. She showed patience. The computer had offered me one option which was a 5:45am time but after she spoked with her supervisor to inquire about a second offer I was given a 5:10am offer which was much closer to what I had asked for.

She answered a few questions for me about Access. I felt more informed and was very grateful that she was able to help. Please take a minute or two to let her know that rider 1121286 greatly appreciate her.

Van 423012! Not only did the driver occupy a designated handicap parking stall, the driver also placed a traffic cone to block off the handicap stall next to his van. Illegally parked without a handicap placard and blocking a handicap stall next to his van at the dialysis center in Montebello, CA.

This is a valuable service that's run very poorly. They are understaffed, and underpaid, the service is spotty at best, and their cars generally suck, but the drivers are usually kind. I know it's too much to ask, but I wish they would be better supported financially so they could be a better resource for their clients!

Huge problems with this organization. They treat people poorly it seems. I was overhearing how they treated a family member on a speaker call and it was extremely condescending and rude. I tried to put in a complaint on my family's behalf and whoever is working there HUNG UP the phone midway conversation. It seems they monitor calls and when we called back they put our call on a loop and did not answer when we tried calling again. It is shocking that they would treat people like this especially when dealing dealing people who have disabilities/disadvantages.

Wack and terrible drivers at certain times. Will pick you up at a certain time but complain if your event ends literally 5 mins afterward but constantly break their own rule of the 20 min window by coming in at 11:44 if the pickup is at 11:00. Will complain ab it but lie about the passengers that they have to pick up.

Not good service. You request paperwork for van only they don't send it to you. Dispatch sends the prius cars. When ask if you can sit in front seat drivers respond rudely that you need to sit in back seat .

My mother is 97 she's had access for at least 12 years and in 2021 evidently her access expired. Sorry to say one's health does not improve 12 years later, especially when you are upwards of 100. If she qualified then at 88 why doesn't she qualify now at 97

Absolutely horrible! 3 to 4 hours to commute is ridiculous!!! Utilize alternative modes of transportation... with Access you risk pressure sores, bowel/bladder accidents, and other health concerns. My pick up time was 3:15pm, and it is now 6:24pm and IM STILL AT LEAST ANOTHER HOUR AWAY FROM MY DESTINATION. Would rather risk getting harassed by creeps on the metro than to sit on these uncomfortable, janky seats

EDIT: I JUST GOT HOME AT 8:45PM!!! 5 1/2 HOURS TO TRAVEL 40 MILES!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT
